I called Tom Ford Customer Service. I was correct, they use FedEx and they still require a signature. If you provide the order #, they can at least provide the day it is to arrive. Mine should be here tomorrow. So I will sit and wait for FedEx. Sort of like when I was little and was waiting for Santa.

My FedEx tried to deliver today, but of course, I wasn't there. My husband will be home during the day tomorrow, so hopefully it'll come during the day

I just received a call from FedEx about needing to have someone to sign, and that I could call and arrange to p/u at FedEx. They do let you know when it is coming. At least for me.

Had mine delivered to work so my shipping & receiving department could just sign for it. It finally shipped yesterday and I got it today!

Nothing like scaring the heck out of you!!!! They should have started the paragraph with, "we have shipped your order." I'm glad for you ATG!!!

call Thomas at BG he has softcore + free ship + no tax outside NY, if you order a few things he has the mini lippies he's putting in, just say full time ford - HTH I had it out with TF.com, too late here but I'll let y'all know what happened! BG is best way to go, they always get first and put in awesome stuff night girls!

i THINK he will send 2 mini lips of different colors - casablanca + cherry lush - he may also have true coral + indian rose but not sure, just ask him, he's easy + cool, knows we love our MINI's - he also has mini primers and other goodies, you can ask for other brand too, i know charlotte tilbury is coming to BG but not sure if any samples or when it will be launched - HTH

Fed ex sucks they claim they tried to delivered I been home all morning listening and waiting on them heard no knock no truck no nothing next business day will be Tuesday I hate having to sign for a package just throw it on the porch and leave like ups Hehe
