Exactly the same happened yest to me! And I didnt even find a door tag! I am waiting today, lets see how that goes. They REALLY suck!

I am waiting for Softcore.... I don't like fedex.. my package was shipped from NYC and somehow ended up in NJ before gets delivered back in NYC

Same here.. I just got the email about it... they suck :(

Thanks I didn't know they deliver on Saturday too hopefully tommorow yay this has been some hard to get goodies lol

My goodies came this morning. The nail polish is super cool. Love it!!!! The blush soft core is more brick red with a hint of berry. The mascara has shimmer in it which is outstanding. Think of Holiday 2013 Chanel bronze top coat mascara mixed with brown base. Eyeshadows are lovely. The lipstick Negligee is more brown based then I thought. I used the TF vinyl on top, and it made it better for my super fair skin with pink undertones. The least impressive for me is the blush. I use a MAC fan brush LIGHTLY. If it wasn't a LE I doubt I would have bought it. The highlighter is nice, but not great, at least to me.

Yayy!! Finally got 2 of the 3 shipments just now! The remaining one is supposed to be delivered tomm.That one is fedex too! Ugh!!

I finally got mine as well. It was a miracle that I did because FedEx keeps delivering my packages to my next door neighbor so I left a note on his door with the correction today. Really like the looks of Stroked and the quad in the pan but haven't tried them on yet. I was horrified at the way TF.com wrapped in thin tissue and left the stuff rattling around in the box and was sure it would be cracked as I was opening the package but luckily it was fine. Between that and the FedEx delivery with signature required I won 't be ordering from TF.com again ever.

Exactly! I was soooo worried when I opened the package, but it was fine too! Yup TF .com will be the last desperate resort from now on! :(
