Yay I got my box! Soo excited. And I got a sample of the Velvet Orchid perfume!

At least FedEx delivers on Sat., unlike UPS. I find they came early to mid morning on Sat. My TF concealer is suppose to come tomorrow by FedEx, don't have to sign since I bought it from BG.

It cracks me up TF wraps so both ends of the product wrapped are open to slide right on out. Did you get the perfume samples? I would rather have a mini lipstick or gloss. At least it is better then Nordstroms wrapping. I have had products looked all banged up, tossed in the bottom of the box, with lots of space for it rattle around in. I also found ordering from Nordstroms is hit or miss. Sometimes I will get it within 48 hours, other times up to two weeks. Chanel I think packs the best and ships the fastest.

I will not be shopping with Tom Ford again. Yesterday I wasn't here all day, so I got a notice that they would be trying to deliver the next day. Fair enough. Now I just checked my tracking #, and not only did my package not even leave the FedEx warehouse today, they've marked it again as "Customer Unavailable." I'm super annoyed at that. It's not my fault that they forgot to put the package on the delivery truck. They've updated it to being delivered tomorrow, but I think I'm going to complain.

Yes, I got a sample of Noir. I agree with you on Chanel. That's surprising about Nordstrom. Years ago I had that problem with their wrapping, but not for a long time now.

Sorry to hear that Knope. Signature required delivery is just ridiculous for cosmetics!

It was marked that way because you did not confirm you would be home when they did the robo call. I received a robo call, and I had to press to confirm I would be home. If I had not pressed one, it would not have gone on the truck. Yes, it sucks, for a 32.00 nail polish this is bulls***. At least for me, one of the boxes was just nail polish. I get it if you have ordered one of their products that cost in the thousands.....

I called FedEx and they said there wouldn't be any sort of robocall for this package, and that I just have to be here to sign for it. So hopefully they'll put it on the truck tomorrow and all will be well. The warehouse is over an hour away, and it wouldn't be worth the gas money to have to go get it.

Fed ex sucks they claim they tried to delivered I been home all morning listening and waiting on them heard no knock no truck no nothing next business day will be Tuesday I hate having to sign for a package just throw it on the porch and leave like ups Hehe

If it makes you feel any better, they did the same thing when they were shipping my husband's MS medication. Said they tried to deliver, but that it wasn't their responsibility to ring the apartment buzzer unless it had been specifically requested that they do so. And they were really rude when I called back, saying that I shouldn't expect them to ring the buzzer when they were making a delivery. Has anyone who has swatched or bought the np compared it to other polishes? I was wondering how it compared to Viper on the nails. Is it different enough to justify having both? Is it similar to any other TF or Chanel colors?

I absolutely NEED them to reissue Moroccan Rouge. So I though I can't really tell from that Insta pic, I am cautiously hopeful that all the suggesting I did at various TF counters maaaay have helped them make a positive decision. (Who am I kidding? If it comes back, I know I had nothing to do with it!)

I am miserly with my last tube of Moroccan Rouge and hopeful that they will see fit to reissue it before that one dies.

My goodies came this morning. The nail polish is super cool. Love it!!!! The blush soft core is more brick red with a hint of berry. The mascara has shimmer in it which is outstanding. Think of Holiday 2013 Chanel bronze top coat mascara mixed with brown base. Eyeshadows are lovely. The lipstick Negligee is more brown based then I thought. I used the TF vinyl on top, and it made it better for my super fair skin with pink undertones. The least impressive for me is the blush. I use a MAC fan brush LIGHTLY. If it wasn't a LE I doubt I would have bought it. The highlighter is nice, but not great, at least to me.

Thanks for comparing the mascara to the Chanel one. I was wondering about that. I keep forgetting to wear the Chanel one so I can't say much about it. I wanted to take it with me on vacation and forgot about it. I bought the Chanel purple one from the summer collection and keep forgetting about that one too. Maybe I should forget about the TF since I'm not wearing the colored mascaras I have but I keep thinking it might work okay for every day.

How's everyone enjoying Nude Dip (those of you who actually received your orders)? I wasn't wowed. Thinking I'll have to try it wet next time.
