I was talking to a Mac SA last night and she was saying that Brooke put the pricing on her items herself! She said that Brooke lowered the price so everyone could afford the collection. Since she is a Mac employee and we have seen the $80 price point, it might be true! I think that's awesome!

I know this thread is about the Brooke shield collection but NaomiH your pigment collection is amazing! I wanna see more pics of all of it... up close do I can drool LOL. Pigments are my favorite and I'm on a mission to get as many as I can. As for this upcoming collection ... I want the big palette and some of the Lippies among things. I'm very excited for it

It is quite amazing. I'm interested in seeing how she houses her 100 lipsticks. Naomi- do you have. Special container. And how many blushes do you have? Inquiring minds want to know. I'm trying to decide between the two or if I should get either of them .. I own 2 mac quads and 1 single eye shadow but I have the lorac pro the pro to go the lorac mint edition palette the unzipped and some holiday palettes that I forgot the name of .. I probably shouldn't get either considering all the palettes I have but I can't help myself so I don't know anymore

LOL! Thanks! I really like them since they're so multipurpose. I don't use them as much as I should nowadays due to being too lazy to do full eye makeup lately which is something I need to rectify soon! I actually have it under 100 lippies at the moment! lol I actually just have most of my MAC lippies in this makeshift little holder I fashioned out of a macaron box and hung to my wall label outward and the others are in a drawer in a little 3 drawer thingy I got at Wal-Mart. I probably only have about 15 or 20 blushes at the moment since I only really started paying attention to blushes last year and decided to add to my stash of 2 whole blushes. lol. I do want to find a better lippy holder, preferably something I can hang up the wall and plan on figuring out a better setup once I move.

Not as much as I should nowadays due to laziness in the mornings before work, but I use them on the weekends when I'm doing my makeup before going out.

I think I am skipping this collection because I don't care for Brooke Shields that much. Maybe just collection overload. The packaging isn't really appealing either. But I think it is aversion to the collaboration.

I am skipping too, Martiangurll! Spent way too much during August its completely and disgustingly shameful. I am planning to save up towards the Gucci and Pabal collections. Hopefully I get a few GC for my birthday. Staying away from everything else until Gucci launches supposedly sometime this month then PG Nov 26th.

this is my dilemma! i don't need another "neutrals" palette, but... the only mac shadows i own is a quad that is more greys than neutrals. but this is so pretty
