I hate returning and can count on one hand the number of times I have...BUT...you're totally right. When you can't see it in person, it's going to sell out in the blink of an eye, no choice but. I'm a little iffy on Negligee and Softcore, but I'm going to get them from Nordstrom and hope for the best.
No you don't sound cranky. Maybe you are like me in that I expect at the very least good customer service. A company such as TF should have no less than great "we're here to please you" customer service. TF has awesome products. But they also have many that do not warrant the cost. TF, your products are not cheap, you should value your customers. It makes no sense to me why any business does not make customer service a top priority. I am not a business person. However it seems simple enough, provide great cs & the customers you have now will likely become loyal customers & help build a sound customer base. Those people will bring in more customers by word of mouth & your client will continue to grow. If your cs sucks you lose many of the customers you have & by word of mouth bad cs spreads ten times faster & many of those "might have been" customers will never bother with your business. Why? Because your cs sucks. TF, raise the bar in your cs dept. Perhaps I have it all wrong because I really don't know jack about running a business. See now that's cranky. I have to order TF because I'm almost positive it isn't sold anywhere in TN. But I don't order from their site. We have Nordies, finally. But many cosmetic brands such as TF & Burberry Beauty aren't carried in the store. They do have a Chantecaille counter. I'm new to the brand so It's nice to be able to see the products. I like their loose powder & their blush is nice. Off topic has anyone purchased the 15 yr anniversary e/s trio? I had to blindly order it as the site said it wasn't available at my store. I hope the colors are as pretty as the swatches I've seen online because I ordered 2 of them. I want to give my sister one. I love the color that has the elephant on it. I can relate to having a box sitting on my porch with an expensive item/s inside. Thankfully I live in a very low crime area & I'm home most days. It does seem silly to have to sign in order to get a lipstick or such. I do a lot of online shopping, especially Sept through Christmas. Our family has a lot of fall birthdays. I'm also out shopping much more. So I do get a bit uneasy given the amount of shipments to be delivered. My husband doesn't see stacked boxes. He sees stacked $ being sucked out of our account

Totally agree with you. I was stalking them for a month because a CS response on the E/S quad page initially said nude dip would be available AUGUST 1st! Then you heard Sept 5th and that was wrong too. I got sick of waiting and snagged Nude Dip & Stroked on Neimans, but I was hoping to get Softcore on Nordstrom and it's not up even though the rest of the collection went up last night.
OMG--The distribution via TF's web site has been nothing short of a mess. I hope it does appear in a separate mailing, but most places inform you of that when itI have ordered two blushes and received only one. My credit card got charged for both blushes so tomorrow I will be calling to TF. I am dissapointed with TF site and will not be ordering from them again
I saw Karen's pics too and SC looked really good on her. Totally agree w/you about Negligee & natural lip color. As for the two email pkg shipment issue, assuming TF
They look like heaven Debbs. What do you think of them? Better use them before you lose them. A very sweet lady gave me one and it's in pristine shape. I need to reach for it more often!!
