I wish I had your strength. That price is RIDICULOUS. There is NOT that much product. I bought Greta, but I don't want anyone to see the tube in my makeup bag and know I'm a sucker...

they are pricey but i must have them lol I just think of it as me buying 2 mac lipsticks but only getting 1.... Weird i know but since I've bought givenchy lippies I'm not too concerned about prices anymore. Now tom Ford lippies are a no no for me. I can't justify the $50 price tag

I would never lol $50? $50 and 20 samples? That's what it better be! I'm not judging but would have instant buyers remorse. If I ever bought a $50 lipstick it would have to be unique and my signature color. Like a red that can't be duped.

I wouldn't call you a sucker but I personally can't justify that price. But don't hide it! If you love it, own it. If it was in my price range I'd buy it but I'm a student so I can only dream.

lol i agree with you! Im a full time student and mother but i have great friends and a bf to contribute to my addiction. Gotta love them right? Lol

Yep gotta love them. I'll have to wait for the Sephora Friend's and Family Sale before I buy these.

I too love Nars but I am not sure why the cost is $32. The tube is heavier. I have not noticed anything special with their formula for these lipsticks that would warrant the extra money. I went out and bought 5 of them and took them all back. I am going to maybe get Dominique tho. My personal test is is this Nars lipstick worth two Mac lipsticks and more often than not the answer was a resounding no. I'm just being honest. I did not find the colors terribly unique. The colors were pretty but not unique.

Maybe, but every dime I spend is a dime I could have saved for a future vacation, or for my future kids college, or for med school... I mean, I'm only a LITTLE bit of a sucker because it's not like I bought a Ferrari, or a beach house, or a $2,000 dollar handbag. It's more than I should spend, and the colors aren't THAT unique, but I suppose if it makes me happy maybe I'll put a little more effort into school and work

I'm just trying to find that happy medium between making myself happy with little presents and being a good example for those around me... I've always wanted to be that girl that spends $20 at a thrift store and comes out looking like she should have her own fashion line. It doesn't count when I blow $300 copying a look a blogger thought of before me... But happiness is good for my health so I'm saving money on medical bills

Well, the Nars lipsticks last on the lips over twice as long than a lot of $16 lipsticks. Once swipe coverage too.

I noticed that when I was taking out the trash this morning that the Charlotte, Bette and Liv stained a bit. Not really a bad thing. Just speaking toward the staying power.

I love love the new ones atleast the shades I have tried (Dominique, vivien, angela, Sylivia and Audrey)! I love the formula and DO not think its is dupable with MAC's current textures. Shades maybe but not the formula. I love how evenly they apply and how smooth they remain long after. I love my MAC Lipsticks but having to choose I will go for these just because they work SO well for me! The price is on the higher side but they did not disappoint!

sooooooooo..... I caved in and got Anna too. I have Anna and Greta now. I think when my next paycheck gets here I'll get Janet and Juliette... It's so hard to wait that long... I think I only "need" about ten of these though, since some of them are similar. And some colors I don't wear that often. idk though, gotta keep money in the bank for random MAC LE crap.... (or groceries? Nah)

lol no to groceries! But I'll start with 3 of them 1st. I only have 8 on my list since some look similar to mac shades I own
