I was on the waiting list for Nude Dip and I got a call that they were getting stock in so she took my CC # and even charged my credit card. Two days later, SA calls and tells me that all the inventory is going Toronto first and anyone who is on the wait list in Vancouver is not getting any and has to do a refund so bummed! HR has got to get it together especially with competition on the way (Nordies)

Wow how disappointing! HR will not survive Nordstrom opening because their customer service is just bad. I called the Vancouver TF a while ago to try to pre-order or get on a wait list and I was told that they weren't taking pre-orders because it was a very sought after/popular collection ? and that they were going to make it so you had to purchase skincare or fragrances in order to get the eye quad. Uhh this isn't a GWP this is a 80+ dollar item!

Hello, and thank you, Dalshandra! I believe there was only the one NP w/this collection, 'Black Cherry.' The box is behind the NP in the photo. I've had good experience with TF nail polishes and find them to be pretty durable. I don't usually seek out the GWPs but this just happened to work out that way. The most impressive samples in this one is a multi pack Glamglow Neiman Marcus exclusive. I happen to use Glamglow and these will be perfect for travel---Youthmud, Supermud and Thirstymud! Other samples included Armani serum & foundation, Oribe shampoo & conditioner, Lancome Génifique youth activating serum and MP 10 Nourishing Oil.

Thank you so much for the info!! The TF polishes are quite the investment so it's nice to hear they actually perform!

I've heard so many good experiences people have had with the Glamglow items and that sample pack sounds perfect. I've stared at them at Sephora going cross eyed trying to decide which one I should try

I don't buy a lot from Tom Ford either because I tend to want to collect each colour and the price point is pretty high in Canada compared to some of the other brands. If you want to get in on future collections at HR, I think you will have to buy a couple items from the permanent collection and then ask the SA if you can get emails/news on the latest TF releases. Every three months, Holt has a weekend for beauty where they take 10% of your purchase and give it back to you on a future purchase with a gift card. That's the only "deal" you can get when it comes to Tom Ford. LOL

A heads up, neiman marcus in SD just got a TF counter and had the nude dip palette two days ago! I don't know if they still have them in stock but it's worth a try!

My TF goodies just arrived along with a tote bag of goodies that are part of the Neiman's beauty event. It's cloudy & rainy here but this sure brightened my day. FedEx delivered the goods and I didn't have to sign for them. Perhaps that requirement is TF site specific.

Can't wait to get my order! I hope the GG samples come with mine too. I love those products!

I can't believe HR! They are supposed to be a luxury product service..... I still haven't gotten the call whether I got the quad, blush and lipstick I wanted. I've come to the conclusion I didn't and will just have live with it. But seriously, with Nordstrom opening soon, HR better up their game if they want to keep their Canadian clients happy.

Another thing that I don't like about the new concealer is the sponge applicator tip that gets nasty very quickly.

I just did the entire look. Negligee is leaning towards, brown, no pink undertones on me. I used the new Armani liquid liners 2 and 6 with the TF quad. Love it!!! I started with the TF pencil in Mink, looked kinda of blah. So I jazzed it up with the Armani liners. This quad has shimmer and lots of it. The MAC aquatic collection the lipstick that was the pinky neutral is pretty close to Negligee. Lipstick looks good, but for me, in a house fire, I would not run and save it.....The mascara is understated. I found a base of black of mascara then putting this on as the second coat makes it pop more.

I think I can find something similar in my collection for the time being but the gray and blue/purple looked the most unique. I went with the gray because it had kind of a greenish cast to it. I hoped that the green would help it not read too cool on me. I still want to get the others. Slowly but surely I will get them. BTW anyone with a Bloomies Loyalist card - They have triple points on cosmetics until the 21st! I think that is the longest they have ever had it. Yay!

Hi there LG. No---the Tom Ford lippie is the full-sized Negligee. I love Negligee and came up with a combo that's just perfect for me;
MAC Have to Have It lip pencil (line & fill lips), Tom Ford's Negligee Lipstick topped with Tom Ford's Pink Guilt lip gloss.

Hello & welcome Newface! The NM where I made my preorder informed me that they were all sold out. I think I would start calling around--even your
