I just ordered the palette but right when I pressed submit the site crashed on me. I pulled it back up immediately and I saw that the order went through, however I didn't receive a confirmation email from MAC like I normally do. Sooo being as paranoid as I am, I called customer service immediately and asked them to confirm if the order went through with no issues, the rep assured me that it did and if I had any issues to call back immediately. I also ordered with overnight shipping so she said my shipping confirmation should be received by today. I paid with Paypal and I did see a confirmation email from Paypal saying the funds were charged through them, so that was reassuring, but I'm still worried. Should I order again just to be safe and then just take it back if I receive two of them? Please give me your advice, Specktrettes!

I wouldn't. I'm sure if you got the confirmation from PayPal & CS told you everything was fine over the phone that your order will go through just fine. There have been a few times that other Specktrettes haven't gotten confirmation emails but everything was fine with their orders. Just keep an eye on the status in your account and you should be fine. :)

You are fine. If it went through on their end, you are fine. Confirmations are never immediate, they can take some time. Usually yes they arrive very fast, after ordering. If you return a second one, they'll trash it.

Just got the Brooke email from MAC, and they mention free shipping all the time, no code necessary, so there you have it, no expedited shipping codes.

Ok, so to avoid the whole 666 thing and last night/today being the New Year, I decided to splurge on overnight shipping and added the duo pro palette and blush inserts, too!! LOL Was my justification convincing enough?? Hehehe L'shanah Tovah to those who are celebrating, too!

Mine crashed too but I'm on my phone. I just hit the back space and submitted it again. I hope I don't get charged twice lmfao
