Yay more Scorps. My bday is 11/15 my dad's is 11/14 and my sister is 10/25.Fellow Scorpio! I'm Oct. 27th, and my dad is Nov. 3rd.The fact that the sales always fall close to my birthday is a killer because I want to "birthday splurge" Haha

My 2nd Sephora order arrived with the Marc Jacobs Skyliner set.
If you haven't bought it yet - BUY IT. I'm a convert.
I have never felt a pencil so soft and buttery that's so pigmented so easily. Oh my god. I will *definitely* be buying full size in the future.

I do not know if this is the right thread I apologize if it's not I just wanted to ask about experiences returning by mail sephora online order . I have never done it before. I sent it back maybe 10 days ago and no email from them saying the received it. When I called their cs I was told it takes up to 4 weeks to process the return (???). I forgot to write down tracking number and they do not have it either.

I have only done a mail return once and that was last december and it did take like 3+ weeks for the refund to reflect.
They have one of the slowest return by mail process!

Sadly yall...im gonna pass on that tarte blush set WOMP WOMP only becuz from the lovely swatches its alot of pink n not much variety to me. annnnnd im takin that dmn hourglass palette back too. unfortunately due to the numerous items on my loves list ready to take off for this much anticipated sale i dont have time for DUDS n SLACKERS to linger in my stash!! that HG can get swapped for V3

My Hourglass blush palette came today and I am so in love with it!!! I got probably half powder and half blush mixes which is perfect for me and my pale skin.

This is why I do not order from Sephora online any more. They do not give those of us in the Ontrac service area any choice, which sucks because their tracking is slow and you can never get anyone on the phone, and if you are lucky enough to do so, their CS is awful. And I cannot be the only one who has complained to Sephora about this.

I'm in the same situation right now. My tracking said my return was received on 9-8-14 and still nothing. I've since been warning my friends just to do in-store returns!

Did you get your package? Sephora said they would 'come up with an alternative solution' if my package can't be located... I looked up reviews online for ontrac yesterday after all of that and they are HORRIBLE. there is even a youtube video of a delivery driver THROWING the package from the sidewalk to a persons doorstep. Bad reviews also about they don't knock and they will mark it as delivered to appear delivered in the delivery timeframe even though it has not been delivered. Also read its common for them to deliver to the wrong house/apartment number.
I have never had anything shipped from them and I had an order I placed one day after this order and it arrived via ups yesterday. Why is sephora sending a $200 package through this horrible company that has horrible reviews, doesn't even knock or require a signature! You're just going to leave $200 worth of makeup on someones apartment doorstep without a knock?????

Yes, finally got it. I was home all day so I heard the doorbell ring and saw my package had been dropped off. Even so, I really don't want to order from online if they are going to use ONTRAC as I much prefer UPS. Better tracking and service.

You REALLY need to give them a go. Temptalia had swatches/reviews. I swatched them on my hands earlier and let them set, fell asleep for hours on the bed tossing and turning. Woke up and they're still there, 100% pigmentation, not even slightly smudged. They're absolutely unbelievable. I'd take a pic but I only have my phone on me atm and I have smudged swatches from lipsticks/lipstains around them. I passed on the tarte blush set -- not really my colours and I just know I'd never use them in a palette.

Thanks!Here are some pics of this years Tarte Blush Palette. I love the shades but HATE the packaging (maybe I am just too picky). But The shades themselves are really pretty and pigmented.
