So I think it is random in the sense that it wasn't part of the fall or holiday collection. Plus there's been conflicting information about who's getting what and when. When @Medgal07 talks about messy releases, she's saying a mouthful! ​

Definitely not Asia only - it is available for about a month in Europe and Canada.

I've seen it splashed all over Instagram and I'm sad that we don't have it here. RG would have worked better with my coloring
