I'm 90% certain there's no Back2Mac in Germany. There definitely isnt in Denmark or Sweden though. Finland has Back2Mac and I'm quite certain that Estonia has aswell. I havent tried in the UK but I'm thinking they probably do aswell.

I know that Germany has it, but not with depotted eyeshadows and eyebrow crayons! England would have been maybe my next try. Such a strange system, why don't they do it in every Mac store when it's on every packaging .. Weird! Thanks for your help!

Yeah its weird as hell, we have a pro store in Copenhagen but due to logistic and administrative issues they arent setting up a B2M program here and in Sweden. I keep pestering their (quite lovely) PR people though, fingers crossed they will make it happen!

Gosh .. even a problem i pro stores .. that's a shame! I'll keep my fingers crossed for sweden if I can't have it in Austria

My MAC store here in the UK has advised me to call on the day at opening hours because it will sell out during the day (mind you they told me they can get just 1 palette... Say what?!!! )
If you pay over the phone it's yours! I would assume in the USA should be the same, if you call & pay straight away it's guaranteed!

Sometimes I just don't get MAC... Logic says you should have some stock for *at least* some costumers ... anyway i rather call at opening time instead of trolling the website loosing sleep & nerves because i never manage to get my stuff. 1 second it's there the next it's sold out
