The only reason that I am ordering one item is because it's for a friend and my store didn't have it when I pre-ordered. MAC has upset me as a customer too many times for me to want to do business with them. I will continue to only support Nordstrom from now on. Unless MAC can start valuing their customers, i think I'm done for a while. :(

You know, if it's not you who buys it, another person will jump on it. MAC ain't loosing any customers (in numbers) as there are hundreds of people in line behind you who are happy to purchase. MAC's marketing strategy works, even if a few of us are left behind; but those spots are quickly filled with new customers. HTH

I'm always worried stalking, adding to cart, checking my shipping addres (there's only one!), checking the quantities and making sure I didn't forget anything I want, submitting and waiting for the confirmation email. I have to see the "your order has shipped" email to relax lol.

I have to go out of town for work today so I'll be on the road for a little bit, and then when I get there, I don't know if I will have an opportunity to order or not. My husband is going to hold down fort and stalk for me. Wish him luck!

Maaan I stress until it's in my hands. Until then it's lost/delayed/broken/stolen in my mind. I'm super rational!
