Here is the Gravitas Satin Taupe vs The permanent version. There is a slight difference but nothing like the extreme difference Temptalia's swatches show.

Now Im happy... I was tempted to cancel that order.. I havent bought mac shadows in years... lol

I just checked again in natural light; there is a faint difference with mine as well, but it's not as pronounced as T's. I wish there was as much of a difference as there is between hers; it would be nice to have two very different shades in this colour family.

WTF? It's $105 Canadian. (Don't even get me started on the fact that a palette that's made HERE is offered at lower prices to the US market). $195 is a ridiculous markup. This is an item that justifies a CP; the shipping cost doesn't come close to the difference.

I think it's unfair how MAC is cheaper in the U.S. than Canada, I guess it all comes down to currency. I thought the eBay prices for it were bad considering the palettes are going for $150 or so. This just proves how badly Australians get ripped off.

I am retty sure at that price here in US or even slightly more than $85, the palette would have made its way to CCO's. The biggest selling point was the pricing tbh!

Agreed. If it wasn't so "cheap" it'd still be lingering around more than likely. I can't believe that Aussie price. That's bloody ridiculous!
