I did the same thing and ordered FnF via phone, with the code NEXT, but have not received the package or email saying it has shipped by FEDEX.I haven't been able to read anyone's posts today, but im wondering is there anyone that placed a fone order for fnf, that will be shipped via FEDEX that has received a shipping notice from them? I didn't get one yet& was told I would since NEXT code was used... forgive me if this was already discussed! On a better note, my black box (SJ, O, &blush!) Are on there wayyy now! Yay! Can't wait to get off work & catch up on everyones beautiful pics!

Thanks for the info! I think I called the US number, so I'm sure I will get it by tomorrowSame here. I placed a second order first thing this morning& got the SAME CS gal. She was amazing. She said, no you won't get it until Thursday (even though it was next day) because we were getting ready to close...then she said don't worry hun.

& yes it's crazed imagination. It's in front of a bright light so it's a bit washed out. I was surprised because it swatched very sheer on my hand but applied really nice actually on my face

Yes I believe you are right Naomi.I'm thinking all the phone orders placed on the Canadian number are coming via FedEx and the ones placed on the US number are coming via UPS. I could be wrong, but it makes sense as to why some people are getting their stuff through UPS and others FedEx.
Last I checked Canadian phone orders are via fedex.
