NARS Audacious Lipstick

So now that RHPS has died down, I can finally return to my true loves, the Nars Audacious lippies <3

Decided to finally get off my ass today and down to Bleeker St to the Nars boutique. Came away with Dominique, but sadly it was the last one. BUT. I asked the super sweet SA (I didn't ask his name) and he said they usually get restocks every 2 weeks. SO, NYC ladies, check it out!! I had so much fun in their chic little store. Was tempted by El Agua and Barbara. Another day! UGH I am so happy and am BACK on the bandwagon of collecting them alllllllllllllll

Yup! I skipped RHPS, BS and the matte collection. They just don't compare. I don't plan on buying anything Mac before the holiday collection. From that I just want the antique gold glitter and something with that beautiful cameo packaging. Had it not been for Nars I would've bought all of those Mac lipsticks. Thanks, Nars. :lol:

Not yet. :lol: I think Charlotte will be the last one and I was thinking of getting it tomorrow, but I might be too busy with other stuff. Might have to wait until next week.

I didn't think anyone noticed. I've been gone since that "secret" collection. I haven't actually bought any Mac since then. I'm glad some of you have come over here, though.

Yeah. I mean, the influx of new people shifted everything, but more importantly it felt like people were taking things personal when there were "debates" about things. That and it seemed like if you were't absolutely glowing with love and approval of all things Mac flowing out of your behind there was some kind of resentment. Yeah, I missed high school drama and I don't need it on the internet. So, I just left it over there. No big deal. It looks like Charlotte is gone from Bloomingdales. Either that or I'm old and tired and can't hover over those little squares properly. When will Bloomingdales just start listing shade names?

I agree. I see the reactions to their questions and it's not always cool. There are obvious answers, but you can always scroll on if you can't handle answering it in a courteous manner. Really, it's not the new new people, but the newer people in relation to someone like me b/c I've been here for what seems like forever. Am I the only one who sees reckless people on here and you look at their post count and they're way up there? I'm like how come I don't remember you and how fast can I get away from you? That's my main beef. If you don't want to answer something then roll your eyes and move on. It isn't that serious. Somebody will eventually answer them.

I really, and I do mean REALLY miss when Lou was here on a regular. The 1st pages of upcoming thread collections were always up to date so you could always refer to the information easily and not have to swim through a 1000 posts. And then receive attitude cause you don't have the time to do it.

Keeping the first pages consistently up to date when new information is brought to light would really help to eliminate repeat questions.

I would've guessed shopping for Mac eyeshadows at Bloomies.com was what put you off Mac entirely. I'm supposed to hover over 130 squares to find my shade?!

They really don't. Sometimes they are WAY off in color, too. Macy's website is the same way. They've definitely lost sales from me because after a few minutes of hovering I felt like a dang fool and had to leave the site to maintain my dignity.
