I did a short training program that dealt with raising awareness of HIV and AIDS prevention and we got these after as a token so I like to wear it as a reminder. My friend got me a little pink crystal Avon breast cancer awareness ribbon so I try to wear one or the other when I'm out and about Shoes are Payless ;-)

I HATE Sephora. There's a manager there that accused me of being a beauty blogger when I returned something (I return hardly anything, I always try to get samples first) and said I was "being mean" for returning things. I called the 1-800 and was promised a callback. Never happened. Called again and got the same answer: We'll call you back about the issue. No more Sephora for me. I'm sorry that happened to you. I think that because they don't make commission they are more prone to snootiness.
That makes me so angry. When things fall apart on the store level you should always be able to go to corporate and have the issue resolved. That's what the hell they're there for. They want to keep giving people the runaround when ish hits the fan thinking you have no other alternatives? Wrong! I shopped at Sephora because of preference, not necessity. They can go to hell.
