Everyone looks soooo pretty! When I saw how dark the blush was in the pan... I was like "Ooooh frack this won't work" but it sheers out so nicely! pleasantly surprised by the blush. I'm gonna wear everything tomorrow.. once I have my upper lip waxed lol

Strange Journey

I stayed away from specktra for a while, just for sparing some money and only buy the products, I really adore on first sight. But in this case I couldn't resist to take a look (a quick one, just some seconds - uh yeah - worked pretty much) - and what should I say? I don't like oranges, really, I always thought they are just working on darker skin, but after seeing all your absolutley beautiful SJ-pics I'm getting crazy about this colour!

You, ladies, are rocking SJ! And I mean, how is this even possible? Now I'm awaiting this collection much AND looking forward to get SJ right in my basket

Please, MAC, hurry up, releasing this collection in Germany.

I've been there. I did that with the RiRi Collections last year. Crazy I know. I promised mine FnF to someone. If she changes her mind I'll let you know.

I finally just receive my lipsticks last night. I am totally not a red lipstick girl so this was definitely going out of the box for me. I tried on all three and I am absolutely in love. I cannot believe how beautiful they look on my pale skin, without looking blood red or vampy. I think MAC made a huge mistake releasing such a limited number of these gorgeous shades. Everyone should be able to enjoy these gorgeous colors. My Frank N Ferder is of course still pending, but I hope to get it today. I will try to post some mod shots soon.

I have both and could compare them after work. I think though just off the top of my head that VG1 is a deeper red than FNF. When I swatched FNF, VG1 didn't even pop into my head as something similar. They look really similar on Temptalia, but with how off her FNF swatch was I'm not so sure how close they really are in person.

I thought the same thing although I did not swatch them together. When I tried on my FnF, it reminded me a bit of VGI but I thought the finish was better as so was the pigmentation. Naomi, can't wait to see your comparison pics as well. I will compare them as well.

I like it. I've only used it one time so far though. The shadows applied pretty well and blended without too much fuss. Not totally buttery and swoonerific, but I am definitely not kicking myself for buying it.

I don't know if it's the lighting, but from I can see FNF is deeper and darker than VG1. I'm not usually one for red lipsticks, but FNF looks like a must for me. Looking good by the way
