Oh yes Jaymuhlee--I remember some of your horror stories. I can certainly see why you'd want to get them in the store. You should do what suits your comfort level.

YAY!!! Welcome the the 'BALL CLUB.'Hi all! I ordered the balls and can't wait for them to arrive! They haven't shipped out yet from Sephora but hopefully I'll get them mid-next week. I'm glad that many of you have gotten good ones!

I'm pretty light, and they look lovely on me. Not too golden/warm. I even tried over doing the powder to see if that would make a difference, and I find no matter how much I pile on, it still looks nice and not cakey or over shimmery.

Excuse the odd car photo, but it's truly had to capture the loveliness of meteorites in pictures-- and I thought it did justice in outdoor lighting. The holiday balls gave me a bit of a glow, and really does seem like "photoshop" for your face. At least it photographs that way. Very happy with my purchase!
