I only have Carmen, Dominique and Liv. Love the texture of these lipsticks and very impressed with the pigmentation with one pass!

Carmen is on my list ...the color is gorgeous.
Fanny and Dominique on on their way to my house and I cannot wait. I think that my next set will be Carmen/Annabella and Angela.

And now I'm pissed. My Vanessa was supposed to be delivered today. I checked Fedex tracking this afternoon and it said it had been delivered but when I got home 30 minutes ago nothing. I walked all around my damn house in the rain and there was nothing there. I called Fedex and they opened a complaint and said they would call me back within the next two hours. If they can't find it I'm calling Barney's tomorrow.

Did you check with your neighbors? FedEx started delivering my packages to my neighbor for some reason even though the house numbers are clearly marked. I finally had to leave them a note on my neighbor's door telling them if they were there with my package they were at the wrong house.

I didn't check with my neighbors but when Fedex called back they just said they were going to talk to dispatch to figure which truck it went out on and then speak to the driver so hopefully he or she remembers whether or not they delivered to my house or a neighbors. They're supposed to call again tomorrow. I really hope it was just a mix-up and I can get my package delivered or pick it up from a neighbor instead of dealing with it having been stolen. I do not want to have to deal with a replacement or even more likely just a refund. Has anyone here had to talk to Barney's CS? If so, how was it?

I hope the package is just with a neighbor. At my old house over sized packages would be intentionally left with my neighbor. I loved my UPS driver - he would take stuff to my back porch if I wasn't at home. FedEx was a different story. They would drop and run. Did you check under all the bushes? I just hate to think that the thieves are busy this early in the holiday season.
