Same here!Ok..so "It" ruined clowns forever for me
I am so sorry to have looked that up. The first brief synopsis was more than enough incentive to "X" out hboy:
I'm so sorry I googled this. Never heard of it before. What an awful awful movie. Checkout the new Silent Hills demo on YouTube, made me miss the old spooky one. All I kept saying was nope nope nope, lol.
I didn't make it through the whole thing. Sorry ladies, I didn't know what to call it as it isn't slasher, horror or gore really. Gore/torture porn?Same here, that one crossed the line for me for sure. I'm not into video games, but I watched the whole thing on Youtube because it was so scary (and I'm running out of horror movies to watch, lol). I'm just glad The Walking Dead is back, the first episode of this season was awesome.
I can't think of a film that ever made me do anything more than have a slight startle, I never jump or scream and it's incredibly hard to disturb me, but that one movie made me feel like bleaching my brain. I don't have much experience with video games, but I always liked silent Hill back I the day. I saw a creepy looking game trailer the other day, I'll see if I can find it againI can stand gore to a point but I honestly prefer just plain getting scared watching a movie. I honestly can't think of any movies that legitimately scared me lately. Video games, however... if you don't mind some gore and like horror and getting scared, try Outlast. If you like jump scares, try Five Nights at Freddy's. I love both. Think I'm gonna go as gender-bent Eddie Gluskin for Halloween.. if I can figure out how to work with liquid latex!
lol I'd piss on myself if I ever played any of those games but I do enjoy watching the YouTube REACT channel they have these teenagers playing it and their reactions make me laugh. they played both the games u mentioned actually.I can stand gore to a point but I honestly prefer just plain getting scared watching a movie. If you want a good laugh at reactions, check out Poiised on YouTube. Here's his screamtage of Five Nights: http://youtu.be/CZOmTV-wjsw I die laughing every time I watch it. edit: thought I'd mention the vid has NSFW language.Same here, that one crossed the line for me for sure.

Yeah I have to admit, I watched RaedwulfGamer's let's plays of Outlast and the Whistleblower DLC, haven't actually played myself. I don't know if I'll be able to play for more than ten minutes at a time. I plan on picking it up during the next Steam sale - it's worth the $20 price tag but if I know I can get it cheaper if I just wait, that's what I'm going to do.
I'm watching his Let's Play of The Evil Within right now... I was really excited for it, but now I'm not so sure how I feel. Outlast has spoiled me I think.
I've really been wanting to play Silent Hill. I started to watch a let's play but I kind of want to experience it for myself. I still have my old PS2 so maybe I'll pick up Silent Hill 2 on amazon or something.I can't think of a film that ever made me do anything more than have a slight startle, I never jump or scream and it's incredibly hard to disturb me, but that one movie made me feel like bleaching my brain. I'm not going to post the trailer, but the game was The Evil Within.I've been wanting to play it myself... I'm actually slightly nervous to play it lol

Oh okay. I can't quite put my finger on what I'm not liking about it. I'm gonna keep watching as he posts (he's only got two videos up so far). I'm hoping it'll get better.I'm not going to post the trailer, but the game was The Evil Within.
Yeah, it looks okay, but not like it'll be all that great.Oh okay. I can't quite put my finger on what I'm not liking about it. I'm gonna keep watching as he posts (he's only got two videos up so far). I'm hoping it'll get better.
Im a big gamer aswell, I cant even play Doom 3 without trying to hide behind a pillow. I saw the "Teens react" people do a "Games react" to some horror game that had me almost peeing my pants.I'm a big gamer (mainly shooters) but I can't play horror games I get too nervous! Lol I just watch playthroughs of scary games
It's not that great to watch others play it - definitely one you have to control yourself. I'm only on Chapter 3, so not that far in yet, but so far the only downside is it's very subtle. It doesn't hit you over the head with the scares and shocks. It's just weird and sinister. It also seems to be playing around with every single horror game cliche so far, almost like it's all in the main character's mind. What I'm hoping is for it to build and build into total madness. It's pretty difficult so far, so it's slow going - you have to sneak around and be really careful. Definitely the work of a master of the genre, but it's not flashy.Oh okay. I can't quite put my finger on what I'm not liking about it. I'm gonna keep watching as he posts (he's only got two videos up so far). I'm hoping it'll get better.
There is a point where the message you might be trying to communicate (the director says that it's an allegory for Serbia's political struggles after the collapse of Yugoslavia) is just overwhelmed by the awfulness of what you're showing. I don't want to think about what's being said because what's being shown is just so gratuitous and vile. Hoping that between this and the French film Martyrs, the last nail has finally been pounded into the torture porn coffin. I'm sick of filmmakers getting hired just to see how much they can do to shock.I can watch pretty much anything except crap like a serbian film. Screw that and screw the sick jerks who made that film.
why is a serbian film crap??? I am sorry but I am sSerbianand this is very rude to say. Serbia doesn't have big film industry but there are some seriously good movies. Compared to Hollywood bullshit released on daily basisI can watch pretty much anything except crap like a serbian film. Screw that and screw the sick jerks who made that film.
I think Naomi was speaking of one particularly disturbing movie, not Serbian films in general.why is a serbian film crap??? I am sorry but I am sSerbianand this is very rude to say. I hope so too. I don't even know how actors ever agree to partake in such films either, I'd turn it down no matter what they were offering.Hoping that between this and the French film Martyrs, the last nail has finally been pounded into the torture porn coffin. I just quote her saying "Crap like a serbian movie"I think Naomi was speaking of one particularly disturbing movie, not Serbian films in general.
I'm not talking about Serbian films in general and have nothing against Serbians or their film industry. I was referring to the incredibly disgusting film that is named 'A Serbian Film''. I also agree with you that Hollywood releases more crappy films than it does quality films.why is a serbian film crap??? I am sorry but I am sSerbianand this is very rude to say.
