NARS Audacious Lipstick

Do you have Out For Passion Huggable, Venus from Heavenly Creatures or Kittenish Patentpolish? They all work beautifully with Cranberry. Btw, did you pull the trigger on Garconne yet? It's one of my favourite bright reds, if not my absolute favourite. And I have quite a few bright reds 

I do have Out for Passion and I'll have to try those together soon. I grabbed Garconne and Orgueil yesterday during the sephora sale and should have them on Friday. I bet you look gorgeous in Garconne!

Well now I'm up to six, I've got Charlotte, Vanessa, Vivien and I just ordered Brigitte, Anna, and Audrey with the Sephora F&F 20%. The last one on my list for now is Greta so hopefully it comes back in stock with the VIBRouge sale. Here is my swatch of Vanessa, a really great mlbb shade:

I never got round to trying the Rouge Extrait for some reason. Well, I have very good reason to try them now!

Enjoy your goodies. Garconne is fabulous. It's bright and in-your-face, but sophisticated at the same time. The formula is excellent too. The only downside I can think of is that Rouge Gs can be addictive. Stay strong!

Fanny, Jane, Claudia, Juliette and Catherine arrived today! ompom: I didn't swatch them as it was already dark by the time I got home and my lighting's awful. I will do some comparison swatches over the weekend. I have to wait a bit more for the second order I placed on the weekend because Sephora.fr cancelled it (apparently that's what they do when an item is out of stock. FFS). Anyway, I placed the order again, so fingers crossed everything's in stock this time. The strangest thing is, I was still able to put the alleged OOS item in my cart. FFSx2. In other news, I wore Anna today. The colour itself is beautiful but my choice of lip liner (MAC Morning Coffee) was waaaay off. In my defence I was half asleep and in a hurry :lol: . Any suggestions for a liner to pair with Anna?

Buick, love your choices! I bought el agua to go with Anna and its great! Marlene came today and WOW! It has some secret shimmer that is stunning! So flattering! It was also beautiful with a little Leslie mixed in there! I am loving these brick, coppery, red browns right now. I have been pairing , Jane, Leslie, Marlene and Deborah with Mac chicory and I can't get enough!

Thanks ladies! Vanessa is definitely my new favorite. I've worn it quite a few times already, so glad they're perm. And when my mom saw me wearing it she said it made me look like I had Angelina Jolie lips

The swatch looks much deeper than the lipstick itself. It's a pretty color! I need to swatch this one again!

I still need to try Marlene. Leslie is in the order I placed with Sephora.fr (I really hope they don't cancel it again) and I'm eyeing Deborah too. Actually, I'm eyeing quite a few of these lippies. This collection brought out the worst in me

Today's LOTD is Fanny, paired with UD Venom lip pencil. Worked a treat. I haven't done any comparison swatches yet but I don't think I have a dupe in my stash. Rebel would be the closest MAC l/s I have, but I think it's redder. I have a feeling Fanny is similar to Dolce Gabbaba Orchid, but that one may be more muted. I can't wait for the weekend so that I can compare them all.

Email them and call them if you get no response. That's what I had to do to magically get my tracking number.


I'm wearing Greta for the first time today. This is one fun color! So bright and joyful. Hahaha - strange way to describe a lipstick but that's how I felt when I put it on.

. I resisted Rouge Gs for the longest time because I didn't like the bulky packaging. The packaging still annoys me because I can't put my lippies in a test tube rack but hey, can't have it all.

1. Excellent wear - no feathering, fading whatsoever. I touched up just once during the day, but I didn't really have to.
2. I was expecting it to be a lot more vivid. Turns out it's not. Ah well, beautiful shade regardless.
3. My brows need fixing.
4. I need to learn to take pics properly. My head isn't this big. And I don't smirk in real life. Honest.
5. I had too much wine and I should go to bed.
