Yes Meddy certainly doesNoooo, they are not chalky at all. The white balls are all that! Throw it on with a big brush & you'll hear the angels sing lol.

Hiya. I'm not sure if we have but I've been cracking up at you lot's balls jokes for the longest. I think I'm a shade or 2 darker than you but if they work for you they'll probably be fine for me! I think I read some pages back that you thought they were comparable to the Nars Light Reflecting Powder?Y/ou hooo. Hellooooo. Have we met? See my Avi? I have these magnificent white ball and they look nothing short of amazing!!!

I think you'll be fine with them Shars. I did liken them to the effects that the NLRP has on my skin---which is amazing. Apply, lightly buff and hear the angels sing!!!

Let me just say they (the seller in singapore) did an awesome job packing. It took me FOREVER to open the dang box. I think they smell divine, but in my opinion, a little stronger than US balls. I am pretty happy with shipping / entact-ness of the delicate product. Opening the tin I got a butt load of powder everywhere, it looks I got into some illegal substance.However, they came about as entact as my Sephora balls, and I expect within a few uses the extra powder on the balls will get used up. I must say, in the tin and in swatches these balls look glitter PACKED! If you are a meteorites lover, don't be immediately dissuaded by this... I gently dusted them on my face and I don't detect actual glitter specks as I do in the swatch. I included two funny shots of the powder everywhere, I feel pretty glamorous.

Yep 3 red balls! lol I haven't tried them on yet, but plan to wear them tomorrow. I did hand swatch them and they looked lovely, can't wait to put them all over my face!

I prefer trying my new makeup with a fresh face. I know i could easily wash my face & then try it on but I like to
wear it all day and really enjoy it!

I dont think it would be chalky on u, im nw45/nw46 and it's not chalky at all.
Ugh! I've been trying to resist buying things I don't need but I feel like Ineedwant those gat damn white balls!!! I'm afraid that although they're sheer, they may still look chalky on me

I thought about returning them but I don't know, do I say to nordstrom oh I received a couple cracked balls. Maybe they will say think it's gonna get like that eventually. Then again I wanna be the one to crack or crush my balls, I dont expect it to arrive like that.

A picture can be very telling. I would have taken a pic as soon as I opened them, showing the flimsy way they were packaged. CS should be able to instruct you on how to return them. You've seen plenty of pics here of what they should look like. It seems your's looks quite different and for the price point you deserve an undamaged product.

@tchristi... Personally, I don't think your balls look bad (haha), but it is your money and, as the consumer, only you can decide what is acceptable to you. I wanted to share my recent CS experience with Nordstrom to help you decide whether to return. Granted, Nordstrom sent me an incorrect item Wed (which is a different situation than yours), but I ended up mostly satisfied with the resolution. First, they didn't play the blame game or try to figure out what went wrong. The rep expressed concern over the mistake (several times actually) and immediately told me they would do what they needed to rectify the problem. The item I wanted wasn't available in any stores near me, so she offered to order the correct item right away at no charge. She told me once I receive it, send them the wrong item (Nordstrom's also offers free returns) within 30 days. She also said she checked into expedited shipping for the inconvenience, but for w/e reason she could only send it standard. While it wasn't an ideal solution, I appreciate that she believed me and acknowledged the mistake was on their end. This experience made me feel like Nordstrom cares about their customers, so I think if you explained that your box was under-packed and the product was damaged as a result, you wouldn't have any problems. BTW, I used the Live Chat feature. HTH!

My very first set came from Nordstroms..........mostly all powder
I called them & they immediately sent me out a replacement. I complained about the lack of adequate protective inner packaging. They said they would deal with that, but obviously not. Sad
