Whoo hoo! I just became a VIB Rouge and excited for tonight's Sephora vent.

On a side note, Ive never used mrrebates.com before. Is it easy to set up and get "cash back?"
Super easy! Here's mrrebates.com, I think the link to join is in the top bar you can connect it to your paypal account to get cash instantly sent to your account or have a check mailed to you! I just got $43 back this month from them! I sound like an infomercial hahaha but it really is easy and so worth it!

So realizing beauty.com was having a 20% off and I don't get charged tax there... I wasn't sure where I would save money...

formula: (total cost) x (20% off) x (tax) x (after rebates)

Sephora: (total cost) x (1-0.20) x (1.0825 <- Texas tax) x (0.88 <-12% rebate)
Beauty.com: (total cost) x (1-0.20) x (0.93 <- 7% rebate)

Yep.... high school math effectively used. ahahahaha oh god I feel pitiful.

If I can look as good as either of you when I'm your age I'll consider myself highly blessed. Are you sure you aren't drinking vampire Gatorade or something? Lol.

Ok thanks for the reply. Not to sound cynical but whats the catch. Do they just give you cash after doing a ton of questionnaires? Seems almost too good to be true :p

No questionnaires to fill out. You just have to click through the Mr. Rebates site to shop and that's how you get the cash back. I just signed up today after reading that they are offering 12% cash back for Sephora.

For ebates, there's a three month waiting period. So you would get a cheque every quarter or a paypal deposit every quarter. If you choose paypal, remember they only do the transfers back to your bank account on the first of every month. Mr Rebates takes up to 3 months to "verify" your rebate, but once that's done, the funds go into your available funds and you can choose at will for a cheque to be cut out for you or for it to go to your paypal. I've never had any problems with either.

Wish I had known about this sooner! I just spent several hundred during the Sephora F&F 20% off sale a week ago.
Good to know that its a legitimate deal! Thanks

Thanks to the kindness of @charismafulltv I restocked on most of what I needed during the FnF sale, so for now I just picked up Tory Burch perfume, the Origins charcoal mask, the Origins best of both worlds set, and the Bite Lipstick mini in Poppy/Scarlet! Debating placing an order for that Glamglow Gift Sexy kit though.....will it ever end!?

Ah, still thinking and thinking about what to get. Anyone have a way to see what's online only in one section? A search gives me nothing. All I had in my cart was MUFE HD foundation and their eye makeup remover. Then, I added one shadow that's only available online. I think I should buy it before it sells out again, but I'm also thinking about going into a store tomorrow. If I do that, there's no point in ordering the first two items because I can get them when I go in. Order just one shadow? Ugh. It shouldn't be this hard.

Don't know if any Rouges are aware but the GIFTROUGE code is already active on Sephora.com in case you want a jump start. :) AND 12% CASH BACK on mrrebates.com!!
Thanks. I didn't know the code would work today. I'm off to the event. I don't have time to check if they have stuff available. Wish me luck.
