Sara, hello. :)
Frédéric Malle perfumes now belong to Estée Lauder, well bad news IMO.

Hi Dominique,

well, you say so. I love that actually

Estee Lauder has great blogger relations and they value bloggers and their work. For me it means maybe I can get test to some of his perfumes and write about it.
I know though you think about the niche brands are disappearing... I know what you mean.

Thank you :) I am ok, yes it happened on the parking. Just a jealous young man suffering from addictions. He may be sued in fact, we'll see but I am not willing to accept that

Yikes--I'll have to practice pronouncing those---much harder than I thought.  Thank you Dominique!!!!:bouquet:

Yes Sara exactly a very famous niche brand located in the Rive Gauche, a wonderful place. Estée Lauder is such a giant, Bobbi Brown, MAC, Clinique... That's why I was shocked, Le Labo also belongs to Estée Lauder now. I love the brand for skincare and some perfumes ( Beyond Paradise is one of my favourite ever, Beautiful, and others, I use Estée Lauder skincare I purchased Enlighten some weeks ago ), but a niche brand well, it's quite different, and here we have 2 niche brands that are not private ones anymore.

lol

Both words are really difficult ones even for native French people, but honestly English and US English are most difficult for us, pronunciation is a kind of maze !

I suggest we use over-sized flash cards or the signs car services use to find people at airports!!! Just go to the Chanel counter and hold that baby up high

oh yes it would be an option ! But seriously, it's a bold idea lol. But you can and may ask me before that option !

lol but you have a number on each product ( Chanel I mean, Dior too I think and every high end brand in fact ) so just say the number, it will go smooth :) :pretty:
Yes, I can say Chanel Rouge Allure 136 and 138, etc lol

Lol! It feels so classy to "parlez en français"... but only once you are saying the correct thing lol

Sara, I love your blog. Yes, without question many bloggers work long and sadly at times thankless hours for so many of us. I agree some of the Chanel products do suck. I have eyeliners that need to be warmed up by a blow dryer!!!! There are so many products, I truly have no idea how the serious bloggers keep up!!!! Again, for the makeup amateur, I have found working with a product specialist, and/or personal shopper is a true asset. I have had no issues with chanel.com customer service. I am sure this is not always the case. The re-formulated eyeshadows was long over due. As with any line, there will always be hit and misses. I am thankful for so many of you who have taken the challenge of being honest, helpful and for the most part without bias. I do apologize for offending you. It was never my intent. Just cranky today.....

Do you both use it lightly or build it up a bit more? I have been looking at that and Canaille (why, why lol) but I think I'm going with PA
It depends on the brush that I'm using, but pretty much w/any blush, I go light and build to avoid over-applying and looking like a clown. I have Canaille too. It's soon pretty.
