they do this to me all the time. once I ordered flawerbomb and it got stolen right away  months later  my first door neighbor comes out of her apartment smelling like flowerbomb I could tell right away and trust me she has no money for it... ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I know it's her again but I have no proof. We don't have security cameras. I do not know what to do any more ?? 

Oh no not again!!! I don't know if asking for a signature confirmation on delivery is a possibility!! If it is maybe that would help?? So sorry this happened again!! I am glad you were able to find a replacement!!

Yes before it was delivered I contacted stupid NM and they told me they will request signature. I did for two last deliveries and guess what? Signature was still not required and my box was just dropped in the lobby of our building without any notice. Thankfully first one I found on time.
