I take medication that makes me drowsy, and I've always needed a lot of sleep. 10 hours is my average.Wow. I can't sleep that long---I feel sick when I sleep more than 6/7 hours. I also feel like I'm wasting my day and not getting things done around the house. Funny how the mind works on us!
You have to train yourself.Adapt a bedtime routine and stick to it. Step away from the computer!! Or whatever your device of choice is, and turn off the TV.
Failure to get more sleep is seriously detrimental to your health.

I try to nap too as often as I can.
Sadly my naps make me feel more rested than actually sleep lmao

I really love the purple. I was gonna buy from Pretty Zombie but it sounds like they are a mess right now and I'm not risking my money. I hate the packaging and I'm not nuts about Jeffree Star, but I don't like the history of Lime Crime either but I still bought from them.
