See quivk time mine came quick too. And no customs got me either Never get customs thank god !!!!!!!! Mine are looking lovely on my new vanity but my toddler tries to take them off my vanity arghhhhh his been trying to hide them from me so de I got them few weeks back Little monkey I do hate it when he tris to touch my items he broke one of my polishes the other month first one he ever broke in two years lol He learns his colours from them lol and counts then up :)

When I went to pick up my back up of holiday ballz to nordies(I did online order store pickup) they were looking at me like I am crazy and they have never heard of store pickup ? wtf? then it took them a while to figure out who has my order and what to do with it. then I browsed beauty department and they were like desperate hyenas breathing behind my neck and in my face too ... blah

But they did find them?

I hate that^^^ They chatter at you endlessly & suggest crap you would never like AND they want you to sign up to events all the time. I'm always like no thanks, I live over an hour away.

I do not chat with them. I just kindly thank them and tell them first I would love to look around more and play with stuff... Then they start following me

I work as a SA and I never treat my customers like this. Yes I offer help but if they say no I leave them alone. That's why I hate department store shopping where they work on commission. It's a pain. And yes I drove 45mins to get to that nordies

It's funny, because back home, in Boca Raton, the SAs at Neiman's do not give me the time of day. It really frustrates me, and makes me want to leave and order online so they do not get commission. I feel like they assume I cannot afford anything at the counter. Joke's on them though... my purchase would have given them a nice commission. It's funny how their demeanor changes if I already have a NM or Nordstrom bag in my hand though.

Wow Monsy, I'm glad you were finally able to get your backup balls and so sorry you had to jump through so many hoops to get them.
