They recently blocked my account too. I had a long talk with their fraud department. they are ridiculous. I return an item and they didn't give me credit back for 9 weeks. yes that's how much it took them. and I kept calling them 4 times to see what is going on and they would just tell me "you have to wait longer" then I opened dispute with my cc company because  i wanted my damn money back but then sephora got mad because i opened a dispute against them and pretty much told me that now they won't play nice with me anymore WTF???? and then they blocked me. unblocked after a talk with fraud department. seriously??? they should be apologizing to me  plenty of retailers out there thankfully 
That is ridiculous!!

i got my balls on friday! the fragrance on them is not making my skin happy though so i will have to return :( sad, i wanted them to work! i will stick to hourglass powder

it took them that long because it was a mail return. later they told me it arrived 7 days after I mailed it but it took them 8 weeks to process the damn thing.

Every time I called them I didn't even asked when they will refund me I only asked if they received it. I wanted to make sure they do have it and it's not lost somewhere in the mail. They always told me they do not know and can not check. Then the 4th time I called someone was actually able to locate it and he told me that they received it long time ago... well great. But since I opened dispute they will not "cooperate" with me any more hahaha

at first the reason they gave for the cancellation was "for your own security and protection" so i pressed further and they said the account was the problem but eventually they said it was due to the forward shipping company address i gave is associated to multiple people. forward shipping companies have thousands of individuals using that one address so why its become an issue now i dont know. and why they didnt just come out with it rather than giving me countless excuses but it's cool, plenty more retailers out there.

Chanel CS also tried to pull that number on me

My husband had return the package and kept the tracking receipt when I called again I told them not only when they received my return but the time/date/dock but the employee who signed for ! it still took over 6 weeks to get a refund.

which is why I prefer to buy from retailers that I can walk in my return to the store in person.

More often then not I just give it to one of my daughters.

problem with sephora is that when u use their pre paid return label is that on the part that you save there is no tracking number which i realized after i sent the package so i couldn't track it myself
i called to ask them for that tracking and they said they don't have it

overall I am done with them

When I have something with a pre paid return label I usually still turn it in to the post office and get a tracking receipt. That's if what I'm returning is especially valuable. It's not quite as convenient as dropping it off in a box, but I like the security. I did drop something off in a box this weekend b/c I couldn't be bothered to wait in line, though.

shontay you are right. but if I wanted to drive to the PO to drop it off I could have gone and return to the store

I'm trying to decide btwn rita and charlotte too...   Thinking I should just get both, right NOW.  I had ignored Charlotte until the MUA made me try her on.   
Charlotte definitely. I got her on my second trip to Sephora. If there weren't OOS the first time she would have came home with me!

I just got the $25 off coupon in the mail from Sephora. Good from December 3rd till the 16th. :) I know Sephora has been on the naughty list lately though, so I may just skip it.

Ooooooooh. This is going to be tough for me to pass up! I luckily didn't have a single issue with the sale. (I'm not sure how. I think because I wasn't ordering anything LE or going fast.) I'm going shopping at my Sephora back home, Wednesday, which is leagues better than the one here. Maybe I will swatch some stuff and wait to order online with the coupon. :)
