They usually e-mail the codes right before they go live right? mine got mailed to my parent's house and they are out of the country so im SOL otherwise. Hope they email them as usual

Yes you might Miss Dilli. When I need a moisturizer or cleanser I don't want to go through 1,000 little
packets to find one. It's so easy now when I want to use them fro a weekend trip or whatever, I don't waste time

Our incompetent (no, seriously... this isn't even the 100th time) USPS person swapped mail with my less-than-stellar neighbor. I promptly returned her VIB reward, but I'm not holding my breath that mine will appear.

I had to call last year for mine and they automatically added it to my account. It's really annoying that you have to call though.

I just got my VIBR code in the mail, it is a customized code with a pin, you use it like a gift card. If you guys don't get yours soon I would definitely call!

I got mine but it was the wrong one!! (got VIB one instead of VIBR). So I have to call and place my order on the 3rd which is the only way they can add the rest!! I am pretty sure everything I have in my cart is going to be sold out!!!
