Went to the store today and picked up Ultramarine Pink.. it matched my nails and the saleswoman sold it to me, i couldn't resist!! No-spend fail...

I also picked up "Ultramarine Pink" from the MAC store at the mall. I thought it'd be sold out by today (I didn't follow the online launch for this one), and was only planning on buying "Pure Zen" and "Coral Bliss," but they had two or so left, so I got one.

Funny story: Both "Pure Zen" and "Coral Bliss" were sold out at the store, so I went to Macy's and asked one of the MAC makeup artists if they had it in stock. The girl said she'd check (she seemed kind of new), and when she came back she said that she had asked another artist if they had them. Apparently THAT artist said she didn't know what lipsticks I was talking about. "She said she never heard of them. Are you sure they aren't LE?" I was like, they've been permanent since 2012. *Points at "Sunny Seoul"* That's from the same collection.

True story. I went around the counter to another artist, explained what happened, and she was like "Uh those are definitely part of the permanent line." Turns out they weren't in stock at the counter either but seriously. I just can't sometimes, lol.

Agh, that sounds like a headache. She must be new to MAC. lol

It's up on MAC UK, along with Turquatic. I got my order in for Ultramarine Pink and Carmine Rouge lipsticks. That's all I want from this collection.

I am with you Marsha. Flat Out Fabulous is in a class by itself. I LOVE it!!!!!!!!!!! I certainly think it is prettier than UP. However, I bet UP applies on the lips better than Mac's Retro Matte FoF. I wish Mac would work on the formula.

I LOVE Flat Out Fabulous too--totally agree, however they are quite different lipsticks-formula and color (at least on me). I'm glad I have both :)

I only own one other retro matte and that is TTT, which I don't wear unless I prep my lips from the night before or a couple hours before wearing. I hope that I'll fall in love with FOF
