If you ordered from Saks on Monday but haven't received a shipping confirmation e-mail yet, go check your order on their website! I checked and found out that my Lips and Boys lippie was cancelled because they ran out of stock even though it let me order on the site

Ladies, I just had the lippie scare of my LIFE! Fedex doesn't leave at my door in my apartment complex (and rightfully so) and my front office doesn't accept Fedex packages for liability reasons. Well imagine my surprise when I'm not home and it says the package was left at my door!! In this shady complex, oh hell noooo. I get home and there is nothing there. Panicking, I called my office and asked if they had a package. They said no. Now I'm about to cry because who knows where it is! I call Fedex, and they assure me the local center will call me by tomorrow. They called me within 10 minutes. Great customer service on that part. I have never lost a package before. Turns out they *did* leave it with the front desk. The guy said they don't typically accept... Yet he felt bad because the guy was behind on his route and only had one box (mine). While a nice thought, I wish they'd stay consistent so I wouldn't have a heart attack!!! Sorry for the novel. My boyfriend didn't understand my panic over "little lipsticks." Only the those here on Specktra are just as infatuated with makeup as I am! you all are wonderful! I will be unboxing with photos soon!

I hope the guy at the front desk also had paddles in case you needed a heart reboot LOL! I 100% get where you're coming from as recently a similar thing has happened TWICE to me including with one package of LE TF lippies and cream shadows! Except in my case both times the package was put on the wrong truck and once it was delivered the next day and the other time UPS had to hunt for it and made a special delivery at night. Anyway, I empathize with the panic but I'm so happy for you that you actually got your package!! Not the most stress-free solution to the problem, but I'm glad it worked out in the end ;-) Can't wait for your pics!

Got this email from BG's (not affiliated). If anyone wants to call. If you do a phone order, please be very specific about the number of items that you order, and have them read the order back to you. There has been some confusion at this counter in the past--they are very good, but please make sure that they are clear on what you want (and don't want!)
