Hope it was somewhat helpful! Not the best picture, was taking with my phone. But Julian is much sheerer, glossier, and lighter, whereas Anna seems to be darkest. It was me! Thank you so much!!

Thank you for posting! I have Pussycat and totally spaced that Julian might be similar until @Jaymuhlee mentioned it. I was hoping Julian would be lighter and thank goodness it is. Mine's still on backorder at Nordies but at least now I know not to cancel it! It looks gorgeous
It totally is! I'm happy to have all three even though Julian won't actually be here till next month, and Pussycat seems to be in UPS limbo. Soon!Hope it was somewhat helpful! I have Anna because someone else in the forum recommended I try it after I said I liked Pussycat but didn't like the matte formula. I just got my Julian in the mail today (finally!) from Neimans on Cyber Monday... took a week to get to me with something going on with FedEx disruptions.. and the TF box is gorgeous. It totally is! Jay you'll love Pussycat!!!It totally is! I'm happy to have all three even though Julian won't actually be here till next month, and Pussycat seems to be in UPS limbo. Soon!
Thank you ladies! The Nars Audacious lipstick it reminds me of is actually Silvia, or maybe Angela. I just got Silvia and Fanny today, as long as the weather is nice tomorrow I might pull some out and compare. I will say I wore Jack all day Sunday and the formula really impressed me. The only full size TF lipstick I own is Nude Vanille and honestly the formula of that one sucks on me. So at least Jack has instilled more confidence in me to buy more shades even if I'm not sure I want more minis.very pretty, it's reminding me of a nars audacious color... anyone else? Maybe a darker Anna? Fanny?
So far I want Starvos, Wes, and Diego... Maybe even Jack....

I'm surprised that so many people are surprised by the size because of all of the pre-release comparisons w/the full sized product. I think I understand though--havingThank you ladies! It's good that the minis have given you some frame of reference for the full size lippies. The full sized mattes are pretty great.

They are 2/3 the size for (a little less than) 2/3 the price. I know they look small, but they're priced proportionally (most businesses would charge more per unit for smaller sizes, think fragrances, or buying in bulk to save). Here, it's like do you want to buy 2 items for $20, or 3 items for $30, there's really no reason unless you just want more of it. I can understand if the issue is the smaller size being difficult to apply or something (although I personally think it's easier cause I can be more precise). I, for one, am glad I can try several smaller TF lipsticks at a proportionally lower price.Wow, I thought you ladies were exaggerating about the size. The lipsticks are so ridiculously small. It just goes to show how unnecessarily bulky their full size packaging may be too. Paying for all that extra plastic lol. They are 2/3 the size for (a little less than) 2/3 the price. So true. At 0.1oz, they're the same amount as Chanel Rouge Coco Shines and MAC regular lippies, which are both smaller packaging. It just goes to show how unnecessarily bulky their full size packaging may be too. Paying for all that extra plastic lol.

I think I have to wear Luca for a whole day to really test the formula.A very creamy glaze is a great way to put it. And yes, Luca is a slippery formula. Olivier is too. And I do not like slip - I find it very high maintenance on my lips because it just moves around too much, so although I like the colors I am a bit disappointed by that. But you're also right that my lips are not very pigmented which I suppose is lucky for me because lip colors tend to show up more.
As far as the pearlized lippies, funnily I have Stavros which is also "highly pearlized" and that formula is amazing. Nothing like Luca/Olivier. So I don't think there's any way to know in advance unfortunately!
Glad Matthew is working out for you - that formula is perfect!
Oh, yeah. I made sure to look at the info regarding the size first. I liked some of these colours a lot! They are 2/3 the size for (a little less than) 2/3 the price. I am so glad that I stayed away. Why make a tube as small these the new TF lipsticks. I do not get it. Most people will feel like you and return it especially since it cost more than many full-size bullets, including Nars.Wow, I thought you ladies were exaggerating about the size. The lipsticks are so ridiculously small. Mine arrived today and they'll most likely be returned tomorrow.
That's nice. I don't care about the price, that doesn't bother me at all. I just don't like how small it is. I feel like it's going to snap in half when I use it.They are 2/3 the size for (a little less than) 2/3 the price.
