I just got packages..only one from Macy's--Paradisio which was supposed to come later. I now have to locate my two other Macy's packages.Isnt your angelique coming today Meddy!!!
The other boxes are from Sephora! Got to love UPS for keeping my packages dry!!!

Only Paradisio arrived. According to Macy's, Paradisio wasn't shipping until 12/11. Angélique & Tissé Paris was supposed to have shipped 12/7 and
were due to arrive today. Off to see what happened!!!!

My Paradisio arrived too! It's lighter than I expected, but the color shifts in the bottle are gorgeous. It looks like a milky silver in some lights and in others like a light pastel jade. I posted a short video of it on my IG if anyone is interested. Isn't that just crazy!!! Paradisio is very pretty. I'm looking forward to wearing it.
I don't know how they got this so screwed up. Oh well....as long as they arrive. It's not like have have no other makeup to wear

It's so true. And anyway 'tis the season for delivery delays and mishaps! My USPS deliverer told me yesterday this year is "the worst ever" LOL. Poor thing - she definitely needed one of Santa's helpersIsn't that just crazy!!! Paradisio is very pretty. I'm looking forward to wearing it.

Stop it!!! Ok this is just WRONG. I wonder what happened? Backorders happen. Ok. But I don't like that long after my account listed the quad as backordered it was still saying "In Stock" on the website. And didn't you say you got a shipping notice on those items? Or was that just the expected ship date? My original ship date for Fantaisie was the 10th and I had to log into my account to see "on order". Anyway Macy's needs to get it together on this collection!

You know Bloomingdales on line does this alot and Macys and Bloomies are the same parent company. Thanks for the video Ella. Paradisio looks really cool!

You're welcome! It's a beautiful NP. Can't wait to try it out. Yeah, I've heard other people say they've had this issue at Bloomies too. But then again I've heard people complain that Saks and Nordies have canceled orders on them, so I think they're all susceptible to issues unfortunately!

Exactly....When an Item is backordered at Nordies or Saks, it shows you that immediately, with a projected date. That gives you the opportunity to decline the item or
wait for it. I also logged on to find out that it was backordered. This is a little suspect. If I see it elsewhere online I'm canceling my order with Macy's. I think they do
this intentionally to hold on to a confirmed sale. Shady, if you ask me.

I don't understand why they even rushed to post everything online if they didn't even have it in the first place. I only ordered Angelique from Macy's. I could have just combined the order with northbrook one instead. It still says processing though and not back ordered on the blush!!

Yep, I agree. I will say that also at Bloomies if an item is backordered you can cancel it online from within your account. At Macy's it appears you have to call CS. AND I never got an email from them stating the status had changed - like you said, you can only find out if you take the initiative to log into your account. PLUS I checked my card today and I was still charged the full amount even though Fantaisie is backordered. That is a very poor business practice if you ask me.
