Just the one[/quote] I still got Jack to post my review. It's just a roller coaster week. I got my manuscript done today and I'm having brain freeze, writer's block. Friday will be my finals and after that I'm free!!! Haha.

I received Oliver and Guillermo today. Guillermo is beautiful, but Oliver is getting returned. The formula is not worth the money in my opinion. It clung to dry patches and just didn't look that great. My color whisper in oh la lilac looks works better and gives the same look. :(

The formula on Olivier feels a little thinner and creamier and much more slippery so it tends to migrate to problem areas. Same thing happened to me. IMO, thickening the formula by applying it over top of a thicker balm works magic (or dab the balm on top - just takes a little experimenting). I apply my Marc Jacobs lip lock moisture balm underneath and it works absolute magic with Olivier. But I completely understand your returning it - at this price point the formula should be magic on its own.

:werd:  I love my Tom Ford but where he falls short he's got to own up!
I've seen swatched on IG and it's epic patchy like Alasdair. I think making vampy and dark shades aren't his strength. But he can definitely improve on it. Guerlain's vampy shades are pretty consistent and not patchy.

I've seen some patchiness too so I'm a little worried, especially since I'm an absolute sucker for purples and I really want Liam to be fabulous! I think dark purples are notoriously difficult formulas. Haven't tried any Guerlains but I have an Armani that's also patchy but it's still possible to blend it in to get a good application. I'm hoping that's the case with Liam. Will find out tomorrow!
