I don't really order from nars online too much but the stuff I ordered were online/boutique exclusive...I ordered the first day of the sale and 10-11 days later I still have nothing. fed ex smart post is the stupidest form of shipping (didn't think anything could beat ontrac) and the last update on my package was on the 8th.... it's the 11th! also, they put my billing and shipping information together so it's being shipped to my work but the zip code is for my home. wtf! I don't know what else to do!

Are you going to keep the lipstick and get 25% or are you going to send it back request a full refund and repurchase? Edit: I just looked back and noticed that u didn't order from Nars. Im not familiar with Lookfantastic...Im sorry that happened to you:(

Well, so far they have only proposed to refund 25%. But as I said I don't want to pay 75% of nothing. I checked out the lipstick last night again, and it has marks all over! I counted at least 8! Then there is some dust on it and some dirtyness in the inner rims of the case, so I really do not want to use it. I don't know if they want me to send it back (not going to pay for it). Anyhow, the full refund and repurchase is not an option really because I got if for 10% + 25% off so the refund would not be enough for a new one. I just want my replacement. It's not that they don't have one atm!

Hey ladies! The lipsticks and other items are SLIGHTLY DISCOUNTED at Nordstrom.com. They are $28.00 plus ebates is giving 6% back:) I just ordered Jane!

Thanks! Exactly what I needed to go ahead and order Angela. I wish they carried Ingrid. That is the only one left that I want.

NARS shipping times are ridiculous! I placed an order one week ago. It only just shipped yesterday, and it's scheduled to deliver around the 22nd. I don't remember it bring this bad last year.

You will love Angela! If the sale is still going on next week i may go ahead and order Grace and Lana possibly Claudia.
