I just use my finger to apply it and I also blend it in with my finger.

I was also expecting a package from Germany (a muscle warming cream I love that isn't sold in the states and is so hard to get someone to sell/mail to me here) and the package made it ALL THE WAY TO MY TOWN, but not my house.... it says the address wasn't complete so was sent back fmlI am so sad.. and pissed
And then Sephora sends me an email that the cinema secrets brush cleanser is back in stock and when I clicked on the link it was sold out again ugh.. thanks sephora

Thanks for the heads up.crystalis007 has a video up and she does live swatches of the Too Faced Semi-Sweet palette, the Tarte Tartlette matte palette, the Urban Decay limited edition palette and the Kat Von D Innerstellar palette. I sort of wish I would have picked up the Tarte palette and passed on the Kat Von D palette now..

I used the Tartelette palette last night and I really like it. It's a good size and the mirror is huge, packaging wise. The shadows I use blended really nicely. I didn't see it on Tarte's website just now unfortunately. :-( Someone did pass me along a Sephora $15 off $50 coupon though. I've been hoping the Nirvana Black gift set would come back in stock but it hasn't (and it is limited edition, so I really don't think it will).
I will use the $15 off $50 code on the Tarte palette - if the Nirvana set doesn't come back in stock..
