Such a shame think I skip I would want a lovely tf box amount of money spent on a small lippy lol or three Anyhow I still couldn't cut my list down and trying to see which will suit Think a major skip for me or I try n get them selfridges online maybe :)))) I'm very unsure about most colours I picked Usually with mac stuff I'm not wrong about any of the colours I find all these tf colours harder to choose from I chose negligee from tf and that was my first proper tf lippy Where as I had the lipshine before in summer called smitten Anyhow negligee is lovely but it's not a colour I use loads of if that makes sence x It's nice n everything nice formula stays on for ages too xxx:)))))

Yes, like Nars or worse. Check out Haven's posts in this thread. Plus even in the best case scenario if they have what you order and send it in a reasonable amount of time you have to sign for delivery, even if it's just 1 lipstick.
TF online finally cancelled my order for the back ordered ls after I filed a charge dispute. They still haven't refunded my money though. This order was placed on the day this collection launched, and TF got the money that day. So multiple nasty emails and a charge dispute got them to cancel the order, but they are still holding onto the money - about one month later. Fortunately this was a smaller order, so this is not breaking my bank account. It just makes me royally pissed. Avoid ordering from TF online. The CS is terrible.

My Insaisissable is on its way and I've decided to cancel the Adriano and Diego pre-orders from NM. I'll be collecting Guillermo and Henry in January and I'll see how it goes with the Richard pre-order. I'm satisfied with that.

They were a hot nightmare mess

They double/triple charged people, SLOW or no email, slow shipping, missing orderes. You name it, they screwed it up.
Oh I hope they resolve their issues. I had ordered a lipstick and never heard from them until I initiated contact, only to be told it was out of stock---my response...It took
you 3 weeks to tell me that?? I think I'll steer clear of NARS.

I don't understand either. I have ordered from them before and have only had to deal with the signature required issue. I still love TF products just not their online service. I am sticking with nordstroms and nm for all my TF needs. It has been frustrating. First they took money for products that they did not have to ship and could give me no definite ship date/period. Then they fought canceling the order until I started to get nastier in my communications with CS.

Meddy, their boutiques are way better. I ordered stuff over the phone and they sent me an email to confirm that what I ordered over the phone and my card and shipping details and shipped out same day by FedEx. That said, their online ordering process was okay-ish for me this year around their F&F sale. My main qualm with my online orders is that I didn't know my orders were shipped until they sent me an email 2 days later and there is no record of your shipment tracking details in your account online.

I ordered from the NARS web site maybe a year or so, ago and didn't have any issues. I'm not enamored enough with their products that I would go through headaches
to get them. I've dealt with their web site in recent months because other merchants didn't have what I wanted. I think I'm more inclined to walk away from a merchant
w/lousy customer service.

I agree with that philosophy. We spend enough and they need our business so we shouldn't have to put it with lousy customer service!

http://www.temptalia.com/tom-ford-rory-diego-alejandro-luciano-leonardo-lip-colors-reviews-photos-swatches#more-182671 Honestly, based on her lip swatches alone, I don't really see Rory being "D" worthy. Interesting. But I do agree that some of these should have been marketed as layering or sheer. And perhaps in their own "category" Still glad I picked up Alejandro and Luciano. They're different enough on me to warrant both! :)

Not sure if this has been mentioned today but it looks like they are live on Nordstrom right now - http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/tom-ford-lips-boys-lip-color/3913545
