What sorts of issues?

For me the only problem was that signature is required on all deliveries and that is very inconvenient for me. I have had no problems returning but others have. If you need to return something just be sure it is in unused original condition and create the return (to get a return authorization number) from within your online account with them. Other people have had problems with them not getting back to them in response to e-mails and/or phone messages when they wanted a Return Authorization. And Haven has had issues with backorders. If you search on her name in this thread you can read the details. You will probably be fine so don't worry about it. If I wanted a shade I couldn't find elsewhere I would order from them again, but I would moan about the signature required delivery.

Me too Medgal! I was sniffing it up earlier today at the TF Counter. Maybe one of these days I can save up a few pennies and get it! Or find me a Sugar Daddy, one or the other.

I went nuts the first time that I smelled it. a SA sent me a small bottle when it first came out, along with a body cream. I need both!!!!

I ordered Beau, Addison and Richard last night after spending hours looking at swatches. I'm not in UK atm and I won't see them until mid january

I've never had a TF lippie before, I ordered pussycat last week but I'll see it also in jan. I wanted Stavros too but it was sold out. UK girls, do you know if they are exclusive to Selfridges? I hope I see them in HoF, so I can buy a few more with a student discount
