I sent an Email. They responded fairly quick......and it is the recycled tracking numbers issue. I should update itself soon.

I've used Tissé Paris twice and can't wait to use Tissé Fantaisie. What did you end up buying?

I have not purchased anything from this collection. I will swing by the counter again. Did you have any issues with Paris? Did the pinks show up on the eyes? The colours seemed very soft, not that pigmentation was poor but they were not as good as the other 2 shades and the ones in Fantaisie.

I'm on Nordies site and nothing is available in my area. I was hoping to pick up some items today. I'm waiting for the store to open to call but this is really surprising. I don't want to order and wait a whole week for the products. I may have to go downtown to other department stores to pick up these items but I won't get any points. Maybe one of them will have some products from other Spring lines in. They do seem to get things first. Searching online there is very little in the way of new releases.

edit - I called the counter and they have everything in stock plus they are doing makeovers. I don't know if I have patience for a makeover so I may just skip it but I'm glad to get the products. Now what to get. My list is still pretty long.

Don't love the palettes. I've been a bit disappointed from the last collections with the palettes!

I have not purchased anything from this collection. I will swing by the counter again. Did you have any issues with Paris? Did the pinks show up on the eyes? The colours seemed very soft, not that pigmentation was poor but they were not as good as the other 2 shades and the ones in Fantaisie.

The pinks show up nicely---I wish I had taken a close-up of my eyes. I used a dense brush. I do recall when the Tissé palettes were initially released, they recommended
that you use the little sponge brushes that come with the palettes....I just can't use those little brushes to save my life but I haven't had any issues using the brushes of
my choice.

Package Update: So the item that I ordered 12/26 (RA Insaisissable) that UPS tracking (recycled #) said was delivered 12/2, and Nordies CS said would arrive 1/2 just arrived!!! None of this makes any sense to me. I'm just glad my lippie arrived---BTW it's GORGEOUS. So, for anyone still worried about getting your goodies---you just may get them sooner than you think!!!

I first thought the seller might have screwed up, so I checked the address on the package when it finally arrived after a gazillion emails and phone calls. Nope, my address was there, correctly written, not the slightest error.

I had the same thing happen last week! (in the US). I ordered 3 items as gifts from Nordies to be shipped to my sister-in-law's house. They shipped them all separately (annoying, but ok). Two of the items arrived and the third was returned to Nordstrom as UNDELIVERABLE! Huh?

UPS is struggling a bit right now LOL.

Some bloggers have not been thrilled with the pigmentation in either one of them, and one I read even compared them to the old baked quads. Personally I'm very happy with Tisse Paris, mostly because I have problems with pink es and this combo really works well on me, esp with a touch of Envol IdO right over the pupil. I really love it. That said, although I may be the only one on the planet, in general I really wish they hadn't changed the formula of the es quads. I preferred the US square pan formula, like I preferred the old Rouge Allure ls formula. I do like the new RA glosses though.

I'm in your corner regarding Tissé Paris! I love it! Sometimes using the product in the right way, with the right tools makes all the difference in the world. I also love
the RA glosses and I'm not a mad-about-lipgloss kinda girl.
