I swatched the new Nars es pencils & omg I could not get them off even with cleanser. It took a MAC wipe to remove them

I got both Romanesque and Crazy Fuchsia as well - stunning - and they're the only thing I got from the whole collection. It has to be a first.

Finally was able to pick up Desirio and Tenderly (which I just put on since a moody purple seems perfect for January) after getting Paradisio (and Etourdie) before Christmas.

Shockingly, I'm done with the collection. I'm loving my newfound restraint (which automatically includes purchasing every single Chanel polish since I'm a collector).

Oh, gosh... that's like choosing between children!

Well, my favorite polish is simple. It's the one that started the addiction, is the only one I've ever finished (I'm on bottle #3), and I have a small army of backups since it's on the DC list: Black Pearl.

Top 5 would have to include Coup de Coeur, Rouge No 19, Distraction, and Malice.

But Tenderly is the type of color I favor from every other brand, so I can see myself falling fast.

No, although I really really loved the charcoal grey one. I just can't imagine my eyelids being stained for days LOL.

I also swatched the new Nordies Nars exclusive es palette & LOVED the 2 smokey shades in it. I may get it.

For some reason I never got around to posting my swatches here. I picked up the Camelia Rose blush and Paradisio and I'm thinking I might get Desirio as well. I'm not a legit collector of Chanel polishes but I do have over 50 and they are my favorites. I used to try and pick up all LE's but I just cannot sustain that anymore on my budget so I'm trying to be more choosy. Paradisio was slightly sheer on me, I used four coats but three would have been perfectly fine for total opacity. Different color obviously but similar in finish to Skyline but way less finicky and dried a lot faster. I am disappointed at the amount of white, was hoping it would be more green but I still like it. Oddly it seemed to last longer on me than I usually get with my Chanel NPs. The blush was nice. The pink on the box was a nice touch. Thankfully I'm not feeling the urge to BU.

I wish Tisse Fantaisie was the perm quad. I absolutely LOVE it! Second favorite chanel quad behind Tisse Rivoli. I'm reaaalllly fighting the urge to BU it. hboy:

Giving Paradiso another try tonight- and now I'm back to mulling the blush.

*sigh* I wasn't going to purchase any blush this spring, now I'm lemming both the Chanel and the balls. UGH.

I had some gift vouchers and decided to buy Chanel Joues Contraste in Evocation as I have no neutral brownish blushes...they were out of stock so I ended up with Angelique and Tenderly.

I'm glad I got Angelique, I thought it was pretty when I tested it at first, but the gift vouchers made it easier for me to take the plunge!

I had some gift vouchers and decided to buy Chanel Joues Contraste in Evocation as I have no neutral brownish blushes...they were out of stock so I ended up with Angelique and Tenderly.

I'm glad I got Angelique, I thought it was pretty when I tested it at first, but the gift vouchers made it easier for me to take the plunge!

I'm looking forward to wearing Tissé Fantaisie. I absolutely love the two taupe shades in Tissé Rivoli. It's getting me through a two week taupe eye shadow challenge.

I'm a big fan of Rivoli as well. I guess that means I have to buy Tissé Fantaisie for spring. *sigh* The temptations never end!
