Hello ladies, I tried Alejandro on at Nordstrom this week and of course it was not in stock. However, I was looking at TF.com and saw it was available this morning and ordered it! Shortly after I ordered it I went to look at it again to see if I could put in my cart and it's now sold out. Do you think my order will come through or get cancelled? I'm really curious what other people have experienced purchasing off the TF website.

Here is Giacomo, on my arm and in the tube he pulled slightly more coral but on my lips he was a warm rose. I was worried he would be too warm on me as I lean cooler but he works fine. The shimmer in the tube doesn't translate to the lips either, just adds a nice depth. Overall a very pretty shade. I ended up picking up Violet Fatale and I must say the formula on my two boys is better than VF. For some reason it seems waxier or something, it doesn't apply as smooth or even. Either way VF is leagues better than Nude Vanille on me so still a plus. I'm hoping to pick up Julian from Nordstrom tomorrow and maybe buy Didier sometime this week.

i have almost all of the LE full size lippies (missing a few red shades that were too similar to others for me) + almost the whole regular collection minus a few that look horrible on me! i pretty much have only bought TF which sounds great in theory and is but i walked away from a lot of pretty m/u releases too!
NO. You're not. The ONLY reason I skipped these is because when they were released I had just purchased 5 full sized TF lippies form the mattes collection.
I'm hoping TF makes some of these full-sized. If he doesn't I will regret not getting any of these boys for the rest of my life!!! I suggest you look at the swatch gallery
and read some of the comments to know what's hot & sought after, although they're the ones most likely to be sold out.
i will def look now! i have two NM $50 cards that expire Monday so i better hurry!
what are the sought after ones? julian + stavros i believe?
i like nudes + pinks, my fave TF shades are blush nude, vanilla suede + aphrodisiac! so perhaps i'll try some of the more unusual ones if i can find them at NM!!

after looking at the swatches, the vanilla pearl color seems to be different in each duo.....much better as i thought based on photos they were the exact same.........
(just saw pic posted, i have different pics, not any better than posted one but will post, i don't have swatches either)

I only have Flamingo and can attest that it's much cooler and a bit lighter/brighter than your swatch.

No, they are not the same. Sabrina from Beauty Look Book commented on that, I tried William myself (have and love Pink Dune), and this Instagramer shows tubes side by side and explains the difference:
