Yes, Tomas, is really perfect on me. It was the first color I was attracted to, but was giving it a pass because of the SA who was encouraging me to go more vibrant. But Ella challenged that-- in a good way-- and she was 100% right. He was pushing me towards more brights but he was only seeing my skin in the store lighting, and in natural lighting my olive undertone works with some pinks and looks terrible with others. Like I am not in love with Giacomo on me, although my other choices basically work, except for the two really odd ones, Gustavo and Stavros, which were my own experiment. Omar is also the perfect nude on me as it turns out, which Ella also drew my attention to. It's no MLBB but it is so perfect for my skin tone.

And Jack unexpectedly hit that sweet spot where it leans toward purple which makes it more wearable for me. Spice is TF and the eye tints are Giorgio Armani so I did not see Spice.
That's awesome Ali! I love your experimental attitude ;-) That's kind of the approach I took to this collection as well - definitely tried some things that are out of my comfort zone. I still haven't gotten Jack because I don't think it will be purple enough for me, but if it doesn't sell out soon I can't guarantee I won't try it at some point! Tomas is one of my favorites. Enjoy your boys!

And I just saw your Hourglass swatches. T gave the Graphite palette a poor review. And I thought, "Phew, I'm done." But the green one-- oh my. I have so much green. But that is one beauty.
Oh no, did she? I haven't seen it yet. Will have to check it out. Did she say it was powdery? LOL Yes, they're all powdery. But I love the ones I have! Anyway, I'm with you on the greens. And there's the green TF duo coming out for Spring...there's no end in sight!

I have the Shu green palette, Dior Jardin, and Guerlain Coup de Foudre, which is a wonderful palette. The Shu has two goldy greens, one off white, and one teal-- but of course you can mix. Coup de Foudre is perfection.

On another note, do you have the Burberry earthy blush? Am not sure how well it plays on pale olive complexions-- whether it would be just too brown or not.

I noticed you said it involved the Buy All the Things thread yesterday---what better place for a bunch of Ads than with people (me included) who vow to "buy all the things."

Exactly!!! They knew where to hack & place their ads

Nice greens! I have Dior Jardin, Dior House of Greens, Gucci Serpentine Envy, Hourglass Color Field, GA Eye Tint in Green Iron, and I'm sure I'm missing some LOL. I had a gift card for Christmas and almost used it to buy the TF quad in Sahara Haze but I stopped myself! Those Shu and Guerlain palettes sound awesome which means I should not google them! I'm already mad I saw the TF Jade duo and can't unsee it!

As for the Burberry Earthy blush, I do not have it but I have thought about it several times. I am concerned it will be too brown or cool or muddy on me. I think it's one you need to swatch in person if you can!

Hmm, based on your avi I would think Julian would look lovely on you! I have Julian and personally love it - so much! Maybe try it on again with something neutral and see how it goes? I personally like to try on lippies while I'm not wearing any makeup so it doesn't distract me. So the "wrong" blush could certainly make a difference!
Good news!!! I tried Julian again today with my Chanel Canaille blush and it looks really good! I guess I needed that contrast!

That Chanel blush (as all Chanel blushes) is so pretty!

Welcome here!

Collin and I weren't meant to be. I ordered it on a whim along with Cary almost two weeks ago and Nordstrom just finally issued a refund after UPS reported the package as damaged. I'd never see the yellow alerts on UPS.com before! "Merchandise is missing. UPS will notify the sender with additional details. / All merchandise missing, empty carton was discarded. UPS will notify the sender with details of the damage." "Damage to package contents was reported. We will notify the sender. / We're investigating the damage claim." Guess that's one way to decide between Collin and Cary!
