I'm such an ass, I never posted pictures, I totally forgoti went into Sephora yesterday and swatched that palettei wasn't impressed. i think even wet the darker shades would be good but im not a dark shade type everyday wear-er and to me darker shades can tend to look the same meshed n blended with each other! I've read wonderful reviews n folks sayin its a MUST HAVE palette but it just didn't wow me enuff to drop $80!!! i did end up $120 later leaving wit YSL choc in style lippie and nude provocateur gloss, Sephora fig lip stain n 2 of those mermaid showers which BTW stated "online only" on the site (got sea horse and siren charm) DMN YOOOOOU SEPHORA **bangs fist on table** i wanted to wait for the next sale for spring time lol
im skippin on basically all these lippies throughout the year! i love me some BITE but i just rather not stalk, out beat n grab these LE shades that could be a hit or miss. I'd rather invest in higher end perm shades becuz lets face it....the shades to come will be mauves, nudes, reds, more pinks, corals and blah blah blahbut the mere idea of it being LE and like a 100 produced makes anyone have in their mind its a must have cuz not everyone can get it lol.

IF ANYONE HAS REVIEWS ON LAURA MERCIER CONTOUR PALETTE LET ME KNOW HOW U LIKE IT...i swatched it yesterday and added it to my loves cuz they are so creamy n blend-able!! im thinkin i can set it with kvd contour!!
I don't have makeup on today, I will do it as soon as I get home!
I love that palette, blends like a dream!

Well it's up now and I bought it. So much for self control. I hope the formula is better than last months. This orchid type color is my kryptonite.

It's beautiful, but why the price hike? Just because it's LE? I'd rather buy Chanel at that price point.

I'm pretty sure 36 is what it costs to make your own lipstick in their lip lab so they're justifying the price by saying it wasn't mass produced it was made in small quantities in the lip lab so it should cost the same. I totally understand not wanting to buy it for the price hike though.It's beautiful, but why the price hike? Just because it's LE? I'd rather buy Chanel at that price point.

Ah... I don't mind paying $36 to create a custom one-of-a-kind shade just for me (that sounds like a lot of fun), but this is just another LE shade to me. Don't get me wrong. I love this type of color, and I'd probably buy it if I know the formula would be amazing, but I don't. :sigh:

I can get a Givenchy, chanel, Guerlain and dior at that price point. Btw, melt dark matter is a close dupe and they're restocking too at 12 pst

Ahhhh that arm swatch is so beautiful! I can't decide. I have a couple shades that might be dupes. But i can't be sure. I mean, I could always return it. I don't want to buy into the LE hype (and subsequent price hike) but that shade is calling my name!

You mean melt dark room? I think this bite shade will be way lighter and more pink than dark room. I understand not wanting to shell out the money though. It does feel like a ridiculous price hike.
