I dunno. I think this collection was so easy to skip, which is sad because of the super art deco packaging. This is just my opinion, hope I didn't rain on anyones parade! If I were new to mac and building my collection I'm sure the lipsticks would have been more successful for me.
You ladies make this collection look good though, that's for sure! Everyone is looking cute in their new lipsticks!

No, you didn't offend people (well me at least!). Every collection is not for everybody and don't feel bad if you don't like a collection that everybody else seems to. You should buy makeup that you will use and not be swayed by popular opinion. Of course, you saved money for future collections that you will like!

Exactly! I can also understand that this is a designer collab, and it's more about their vision than Mac's.
Hopefully something comes along in 2015 that truly knocks our socks off

No you didn't say anything offensive. I just got back from MAC myself to have a personal look at the collection and Nothing grabbed me either with the exception of Victoriana. Its a beautiful red but I didn't pick it up. I felt I had more time to think it thru before I did so I left it. Oxblood was not what I expected and I was cool with that. I ordered it from Nordstrom the day it launched online with them but I have yet to receive a shipping notice. If it doesn't go thru at least I won't spend anytime trying to get it. If it does go thru I'll just keep it for the packaging since it really is beautiful.
I didn't leave empty handed though. I left with Half n Half and Cyber World l/p.

I think I overestimated how many people would be at the store. Last time I came early for a collection was the osbournes and there were about 20 people waiting. As of now I'm the only one here! Not too sure what that says about me LOL!

Phone the stores in your area and see if they have some still. Because the collection launched today, they will likely be able to hold it for you until close tonight

Got it from MAC! I was going to make another order from Nordies and grab Kindergarten Red if Oxblood wasn't sold out yet, but I missed it of course lol
