I was really hoping to pick up Louise as that is my grandmother's name but I am really not sure about the color. It looks too brown, thankfully it also looks more sheer than the others so I may still pick it up. Hopefully I can get to a counter soon to try them. I'm also interested in Etienne, Emiliene, Jean, and Gabrielle. Although we'll see if I actually pick any up. I got samples of Cambon and Egerie once and loved them but still didn't end up buying them. I do regret skipping Egerie though.

These look great. I've only tried a couple of the coco shine line. I never really like the sheerness of it, but they were gifts and I like the hydration power they have. I'm looking forward to trying one of these one day.

I stopped at Nordies today to get some Nars stuff but I had to go past the Chanel counter. I saw the lipsticks and figured I'd ask if they came in (2 weeks ago they had the tester but no stock) and the SA said yes. I said are you sure, you didn't have them before and she said they had come in today. So I started to swatch but I stopped myself as I knew there were quite a few I wanted and resolved to only get one, the first one that had caught my eye. Well, my mother was with me and started swatching and asked for 2 then 3! I said you know how much these cost, right? Not to insult her but I think people who don't buy makeup a lot would be surprised. I guessed $35 but the SA said $36! Yikes. She bought 'em anyway. Now that I'm home I wish I had bought a few more too. I maybe back there tomorrow or later this week. It was kind of funny though. I thought I was so good at buying one and my mother bought 3. I will say she uses up all her stuff, unlike me. And . . she hates limited edition stuff. So everytime I'm with her and she buys something, I have to warn her about the limited edition stuff. She's so cute now, she even asks, "Is this limited"?

Went to rue cambon, they didn't have the new cocos out on display, but they did at the beauty boutique around the corner on rue St honore :) I got Adrienne and Gabrielle :)

Oh she is very funny. Right before we went into Nordies, I went in the Mac store to grab a fluidline pencil since they don't sell these at Nordies. I guess I must have stopped at the new collection display. As we walked out she said, "I really liked those lipstick colors you were looking at but they were all matted." I don't know where she gets this stuff from.

Is Arthur LE or perm? Sorry if this has been mentioned here already. I saw Arthur and it was pretty! I'm surprised my counters are getting the Valentine's special this year, but the SA told me this is LE. The rest of the RCs will be here in March, I can't wait. So anyway one Chanel lipstick is now S$48, very pricey, up from S$42 when Rouge Hydrabase, which RC replaced, were around.
