MAC X Toledo Collection (Feb 5, 2015)

Oh wow! Barbecue is crazy bright! It leaves a nice stain though. That is probably how I'll wear it. I really liked the color but I'm just too much of a wimp. I love the gloss and can see myself wearing it a lot especially come summer.

I tried out Oxblood and I can wear it. I will say, I did think Tom Ford First Time when I first put it on. I swatched the two on my hand and there were differences. It looks nice with the gloss but I could wear it either way. I'm much more of a gloss person so I'll probably wear it combined. I don't know about the shade differences between the lipstick and the gloss. I will have to try the gloss on its own another time.

I haven't tried the blushes or palette or liner yet. I think I may just put the Ripe Peach away and blush with the one I have in round packaging with abandon.

Played with my goodies loveeeeee everything blushes work like I expected My only not love is the brush I loveeee the design handle is stunning but the brush hairs is not soft and feels funny up against my skin o well one dud is not badd Hope everybody is enjoying thier goodies like I am

Hi Glammy. I loved everything I got except Victoriana. I do however love Opera and Oxblood. Sorry the brushes were a disappointment.

It stinks, I ordered Oxblood assoon as it was up on Nordstroms site - I check my order today and it says "cancelled, unable to fulfill" they never sent an email, no I am sorry, I had to log into site to find this out. Irritating!!

Bummer. That really sucked. I hope you can catch the restock. Oxblood is prettier than I expected. It is a beautiful peachy nude. Great for everyday.

I agree. Oxblood lipstick alone is very peachy but once you put on the lipglass on top, it transforms into a beautiful peachy-pink. I really was hesitant on this lipstick and lipglass duo in the beginning....at one point I was even prepping what lip pencils to pair them with but I'm so glad I picked them up. 

Glad you love Oxblood. I grabbed the lipstick and lip gloss and never looked back. It was one of the best decisions I made. I intend to BU both of them.

Update- Victoriana is SO pretty on. Reaffirmed standout of the collection, imo.

So yesterday I went to the store to get my goodies and thank you @allthingsglam  for getting me to consider Victoriana. I usually do deeper darker vampier reds like Deeply Adored, rather than pinky reds. I also ended up with BBQ even though Milani Matte Passion is an EXACT dupe for it. I'm keeping the Toledo because the packaging is beautiful. I will pass on the Milani to my sister. On my way out I had walked through Nordstrom's and ended up talking to my favorite MUA  at the MAC counter there. I ended up swatching Opera and bought that from her. It's a truer and brighter red than I'm used to, but it looks great on.

Yikes, hopefully you love it! I almost bought one for around that same price but I decided to wait and see if anything cheaper popped up. Glad I did, I paid $26 shipped. Still overpriced but not too bad.
