Avarice is just my perfect nude. Looks diffrent in daylight, sunlight, artificial light and in pictures but that happens with all of my Guerlain lipsticks. I have very yellow undertones and it was hard to find the perfect colour. Here I was, looking for a nude colour in the nineties and all I could find was brown, brown and more brown. I always wore a Guerlain lipstick back when they had like this sort of hourglass shaped golden thing with a mirror in the cap. When they discontinued it and I ran out of it I just went back to the counter and Avarice was the exact same colour. I'm putting up with the formula because of the coulour though. Sometimes I even miss the mini mirror because it was less flashy. Just go out and try it once. On your lips, trust me. All of the awsomeness of the colour does not show up in hand or arm swatches.

I'll have to do that some day, the nearest Guerlain counter is about 70 or so miles away so it's going to have to be on a day off when I have absolutely nothing planned. I really like the L'extrait formula.
