Here's a review of Natural Blondes http://www.complexionsbeautyblog.com/blog/guerlain-terracotta-joli-teint-powder-duo .
Those swatches look warmer than I anticipated based on the color in the pan. Still clueless on what color to get! LOL
I used Google Translate to decipher her blog post (in German) and according to the translation, she says Natural Blondes is matte - I think that contradicts what I found someone else say on IG (in this post http://www.specktra.net/t/62889/guerlain-discussion/5040#post_2901591) which was that 02 Nat Blondes is irridescent and 03 Nat Brunettes is matte.

It looks really orange.. And first she says that it's not a bronzer, but a type of powder; then she applies it as a contour, following Guerlain's instructions to accentuate the places, where the sun naturally hits? I would only use it as a blush. I'm not impressed with this collection at all, so I hope the summer terracottas are as gorgeous as always!

I think it looks a bit orange too. It wouldn't on everyone, but on her I think it's leaning that way. But the funny thing is she says in her post that it "is fortunately not very orangestichig". (LOL - gotta love Google translations)That looks Orange

I picked one up today at the counter! I got 02, which I believe is natural blondes. I walked up and saw them, and the SA was so sweet. She applied just the bronzer portion with a fluffy big brush and dusted them where the sun would hit my face and the usual places where bronzer goes. Then she took a blush brush and ran it just on the side of compact to pick up the blush and blended that into my cheeks. I usually hate bronzer... it's too orange on me. I looked in the mirror and loved the color it gave me! I'm hoping I'll be able to master her technique and I can't wait to see try it in sunlight tomorrow. I'll report back when I do!

please post some photos when it arrives. I am debating if I should just order it and return it in case it's too dark. I have plenty of their bronzers, I wanted something more subtle

Absolutely. I'll post swatches when it arrives. I definitely understand your reasoning for choosing Clair. The only one I knew I didn't want was Clair Blondes! Honestly I feel like any of the other 3 could have worked. But I went with the "darkest" (?) and figured I can use a light hand if it's deeper than I anticipate. I'm at my palest right now since it's the dead of winter so we'll see!

I don't see it listed as LE anywhere so maybe it's perm? I'm about an NC30 and I can get a little darker in the summer so I just wanted something that would work year round. But you're right - I didn't want another bronzer either. Just something to warm the skin. So we're definitely on the same page.
