MAC X Cinderella Collection (March 5, 2015)

This is my first post ever ere and last week, only minutes after the Cinderella products were available on the Belgian webshop, I ordered the eye palette and the 2 face powders. My first ever MAC purchase!!! Without seeing a products IRL...
Now waiting for them to arrive.

The 3 items I ordered are now sold out on the webshop, and the lipsticks were already sold out when I placed my order.
I can have a second try on the 14th or so, when they will be available in the MAC stores.

I hope you enjoy your new Mac goodies when they arrive! I've especially enjoyed the eye palette for the perfect neutral eye!

Aneutral eye palette was exactly what I was missing...

Nevermind I have Urban Decay's Naked (1, 2, 3) and Naked Basics palettes, and some Bobbi Brown ones. lol!!!!

Wearing the e/s palette and Happily Ever After over Rosy Rim liner today!! Summer Opal on the cheeks too, enjoying my new goodies. Sorry for the skin, I don't wear foundation to work (I'm a dance teacher )

Still waiting on GS but I actually like HEA. I didn't care for it much when I swatched on Fri. but alone it looks good.

what u dont like it I had to try I was curious about a eye gloss I loveeee it not for everyday but I can see myself using it alot happy I got my hands on it now I can't wait until the purple one liba was talking about comes out I'm getting that one too

I LOVE Stroke of Midnight! I'm so glad I managed to snag it. It came today, arriving at the same time as my Burgundy x9 palette from Nordstrom. Comparing the two, I feel like I got more for my money with Stroke of Midnight. I love the colors of Burgundy, but they're so tiny! I knew because of the price they'd be smaller than the regular pans, but I didn't expect how much smaller! The palette is the same size as SoM and it has three more shadows! Good tester though, as eight of the colors I do not have. Quarry is in both. Overall, I know I lucked out with the collection big time. I was able to get SoM, both glosses, Little Black Bow, and Coupe D'Chic off the MAC website. I had to get the lipsticks via eBay so I essentially paid nearly double for them, but they were what I wanted most from the collection, so to me it was worth it. There are sellers on there who must have bought 10-20 of each and I think for a limited edition collection MAC needs to impart restrictions online and in stores on how many of each a person can purchase. I feel so bad for people who couldn't get what they wanted, and mad at myself for buying from eBay at all. And a little shame for supporting those sellers that have caused hurt to so many people too.

I'm so glad to see HEA shown over Rosy Rim. I've been considering getting RR because Boldly Bare is sold out online. It's back ordered on MAC and Nordstrom, and with other sites you have to pay shipping. I was planning on getting Boldly Bare and Edge to Edge for the Cinderella collection (thanks to some excellent suggestions from the terrific ladies here on Spektra!) Now I'm considering Rosy Rim and Edge to Edge. Or are they too similar? By the way, your skin without foundation looks much better than mine with foundation! Lol

Well I haven't tried it but I got what I wanted from both collections then Saturday when I was passing through Macy's I saw that they still had Pearl Varnish and I just bought it. My 7 yr old son liked the swatch too
