I have no willpower to skip the whole collection I would be crying later I think I need to see more swatches I think I like skinney dip better

I'm with you on that. I'd like to know what's going on with the price difference as well. But I'm 99% sure I'm going to end up with the body oil either way

I can't bring myself to skip it either. I'm going for it and getting every item that catches my eye lol I pre ordered RS, but I'm not sure I'm going to love it now based on the swatches I've seen. I skipped Skinny Dip for that very reason and RS is just as sheer. I'm going to get RS anyway AND I may add Skinny Dip once I see more swatches

glad to see TF add such an electric pink color to his line up!! im still standing by skippin those $60 pots in hopes the creams alone will become perm but after seein Karen swatches im also rethinkin Pink Sand

cuz we are similar in shade! I might have to join Yaz n Pretty skippers boat....

Yep, it was Karen's Pink Sand swatch that talked me off of it. If it shows up like that on her, it may look like nothing more than a slight tint on me, lol!

It's a beautiful collection! And up until the weekend, I was going to get the palette and cream blush; but I realized the blush won't translate to my skin tone (NC50) as I first thought it would and there were only 2 colors max in the palette I was crazy for and I couldn't justify paying $95 for two shades no matter how gorgeous the packaging is.

Trust me, I still feel the pull of it all, but I compromised and got some Dior primers and GA Cold Copper Eye Tint in their place.

Sounds good Yazmin---you have to get what works for you. I am crazy about those GA Eye Tints!!!

That makes a lot of sense. At these price points id want to be 100% sure that I'm going to love and use the items. Looks like you got some other amazing goodies to play with instead

Agreed. This was the first time I really "got" the palette. It looks so different in all the photos. I could wear everything but maybe the rose eye shadow and maybe even that.

That's a beautiful palette Vee!!!!

I was resisting it until I saw the 20% off. Then I could not get it to go into the on-line shopping cart and figured the preorder was sold out. Then I saw on this thread that it was a tech glitch. So I called customer service and placed the order. I have quite a few of the BT single ES and they are very good quality so I am looking forward to this palette. It's been hard for me to get a read on how warm vs. cool the palette is because it photographs differently everywhere-- so will just have to wait and see.

I know that I wont wear the e/s colors but all these reviews are making me rethink that decision!!! I loooooooove the way it looks in the pan, in swatches and on Karen, but I know I'll never wear those colors on my eyes! AHHHHHHHHHHHH, what do I do?! :dunno:

I was worried looking at Karens swatch as well as Temptalia's swatch of pink sand too :shock: but I believe Karen blended it out. I was initially disappointed in the pigmentation of the blusher because I thought it would be more opaque but after reading multiple reviews, I've gathered that the formula can be built up to achieve better pigmentation. Also, it can be topped off with a complimentary powder blush that would make the overall look last longer. Pink Sand paired with Nars Orgasm is going to slay the cheeks this summer!!!! What colors do you prefer to wear on your cheeks?

I'm not as fair as she (I'm NC30-35 in MAC for reference...though I don't wear MAC foundations, lol) anyhoo, her blush swatch(though heavy), has given me new insight about pink sand! :yahoo: thank you for sharing

I was going to order just a few bits from the states not because the price difference as it's hardly noticeable The only thing which is noticeable is the mini bronzer sheer in uk they will be £56 each And in the states $65 with tax the mini bronzer for me would be about £45 English pounds The crazy price difference is atleast a tenner £10 I know I got to pay postage from states but I have nearly paid that as my friend will send my box over soon so one more thing not going to be a problem Mmmm I'm stuck I want to buy both bronzers both look good I wouldn't mind a full size and a small one But which one lol I know they are perm but won't have the white packaging wil they So I need to make up my mind and maybe buy one mini bronzer first and ask hubby to buy the full size one from airport maybe A tenner I suppose isn't much but for a saving it is What one do I buy in a mini form lol I know I prob end up with two sizes before long two of each I don't wear a lot of bronzer so mini size prob he best for me Two minis in each colour Tbh we haven't seen a lot of swatches for me to work out what be best on my skin Anyone else ordered the bronzers I think a lot have in terra?
